They were fast, good ones. But if you want better nails, trust the girlie there not the guy. Still, can recommend better places than that :))) They need more experience in art x design for sure. And illustration!

Very professional and welcoming. Excellent service. My nails are always on point when I leave. Great help in choosing nails varnish colours and designs. I always get an appointment when I call ahead. Would highly recommend.

An airy, clean nail salon. It was very calm and pleasant for a Saturday, in contrast to the alternative hot, ram packed, have to wait 2 hrs to get your nails did nail salons I've been to. Staff are extremely friendly and vibrant. The staff actually care about your nails, offering advise and explaining their methods. One week on and my am still happy with the look and quality of the finish.

I've been having Pedicures for 15+yrs at various other places within West London and found this place about 4 months ago and honestly the treatment here compares to none, the friendly staff and the lady who does my feet (Her foot massage) is out of this world. Beautiful, chic nail salon, I have been using Pristine for over 10yrs today I had nail extentions applied, professional service from start to finishs. More than happy with finished look of my nail extentions, they look amazing.. Would definately recommend to family & friends..

I have bitten my nails all my adult life until now, when I started going to Pristine and presented my chewed stumps to them. The lady raised an eyebrow and then very patiently got to work on them. My nails although very short were clean and neat. As a result of this new found pride in my digits I have slowly but surely, after a lot of visits to Pristine, (their very reasonable price helped ) have long very red nails. They are very professional and friendly and are the best Nail bar In W12 with the largest variety of colours. I couldn't recommend them more, they do a fantastic pedicure too, in a very relaxing massage chair. It is walk in but gets very busy on a Saturday.
