I’ve been a regular since this place opened.. Now it’s not in an ideal location (inside a gift shop).. however once you go through the gift shop and up the stairs, it is a transformation up there! Lovely, clean, stylish decor. Each room is well furnished. Clean toilet. Friendly staff and receptionist. Amazing Wax, (almost) painless. The hot wax used is also high quality, you will notice the difference. Fran is amazing but always booked up (for good reason!) All the aestheticians here seem excellent. Once you try here, this will become your go to reliable salon - every woman’s desire!

I'm a regular customer of Pure Wax London and I had full body waxing not just once, but twice so far and I also get my manicure there and the girls are amazing! The staff is very professional and the made me feel very comfortable and I am always gonna come back. They have been treating me with care and I'm never dissappointd about the treatments here. A friend recommended this salon to me after our old venue closed. I was a little dubious since you have to go through a souvenir shop, but as soon as you pass by all the Union Jack merchandise and head upstairs, it's a completely different vibe. It was immaculately clean and service was efficient but friendly. I was greeted and seen immediately. My treatment finished a little early but didn't feel at all rushed. Inside the rooms there are TVs and even if you aren't watching, it's nice background noise. I'll definitely be going back and would recommend this place to anyone. Edit: (27/03/19) Revisited today and saw Adriana and she was absolutely amazing. The wax was perfect, like last time, and it's really the best place for it in London. 11/10.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. I was visiting London and was in need of some waxing and a manicure....I found Pure Wax on Google and after reading the reviews made an appointment, and was very happy I did! Once I found them hidden up behind a large souvenir shop on the Strand, the salon was lovely...very modern and immaculately clean. The staff were all very friendly and highly skilled delivering excellent service...I can honestly say it was of some of the highest quality I have ever experienced. Thank you to everyone at the salon for fitting me in at short notice...I really appreciated it!

Fran was amazing! The hot wax is the best. The least painful wax that I’ve ever had. She was quick and so precise! highly recommend Pure Wax. The venue is hard to find because it’s at the back of a gift shop but the standard and price is better than so many London Salons!

First time here but not new to waxing. I can say that this is one of the best Hollywood waxing experiences I’ve had! I hadn’t waxed in a year and was thus nervous with *lots* of thick hair to remove. I anticipated a painful and lengthy job. Adriana very much exceeded expectations and did an excellent, painfree and very quick job. Her sense of humour is also great and she immediately put me at ease. Most pleasant waxing experience ever! If there’s just one thing I would suggest it would be to ensure that there’s no wax residue left on the skin afterwards since there was some I had to peel off afterwards. But I’m definitely coming back here next time!

Just been for an underarm wax during my lunch hour - really centrally located near to where I work and for £6 can't go wrong! You have to walk inside the gift shop right to the back of the store and up the stairs, really clean new looking salon and staff very friendly. Will definitely go back. LM.

Had my eyebrows shaped and tinted. First time I have had them tinted and I loved the result! She took so much care and time shaping them taking into consideration the weird parts of my eyebrows and then matched the tint to my hair. Very happy. It's an odd entrance, but once you are in there it is beautifully decorated and I even got a bottle of water when I arrived. Really impressed.

By far the quickest and least painful wax I've ever had - and one of the cheapest. Ana is excellent, all the staff are friendly and the salon is really clean. Best waxing place I've ever been to.

Went there for a shellac manicure yesterday. The appointment started on time, and it lasted exactly 45 mins, so I was very happy about the exact timing. I experienced a lot more chaos in other nail and beauty salons. I'm happy with the service. I'm only giving 4 and not 5 stars because I felt pressure to be typically girly and superficial and be very talkative to the beautician, which wasn't relaxing for me since I just wanted to be quiet.

Pure Nails is by far the best place to go in London for manicures and pedicures. Jessica is so professional, friendly and takes alot of pride in her work to ensure you leave with perfect hands and feet. She is also super hygienic as everything is either disposable, brand new or sterilized properly so you have no worries about dirty tools. Jessica also ensures that she doesn't damage your natural nails. Thanks so much for another amazing manicure. Xx
