I had a delightful experience at Queen Esther's, the full body deep tissue massage hit the areas I was feeling pain the most. The staff are professional, kind and friendly and definitely made me feel comfortable. The masseuse was attentitive to my request to focus on my lower back area which was extremely tight and stiff. I will definitely revist and highly recommend

Very good experience both times I have visited. The first time, I had the Queen package this included the sauna, steam and self scrub (due to covid) with a full body massage at the end. The second time I had a full body massage. The massage therapists are very experienced and professional. Today's massage was probably one of the best I have had. The facilities are really nice, clean and properly maintained. I would highly recommend their services, even if you are not local, it is definitely worth travelling for.

Had the most wonderful experience. As a late Bday gift from my auntie, and I must say I felt amazing, Had the princess package, sauna, steam, massage. I feel like an absolute queen. Heaven in the middle of Brixton. I can't believe this space. Beautiful sauna, spa, relaxation and treatment rooms. Immediately relaxed and felt transported in here. Really gorgeous touch. Highly recommended. So happy to have this on my doorstep. So reasonably priced too. More reasons to love Brixton.

Made me feel so relaxed and welcome. The sauna and steam rooms were clean and very aesthetically pleasing, while the massage was probably one of the best I've ever had. Really worked on the tension and knots in my back to leave me feeling so much better. I'll definitely be back!

Queen Esther's Spa was AMAZING! I went as a birthday treat and I honestly can say that this was the best spa experience I've had. Why? The attention and care of the staff was formidable, the peaceful and creative atmosphere added to the experience and treatments were divine. Staff took care to make sure we were happy at all times, provided us with ancient information and history behind hammans and also gave excellent advice regarding skincare. What made it extra special was the Afternoon Tea and the effort made to provide a cake and sing Happy Birthday to me. Great value, amazing staff and I felt like I was in a bubble of luxury for 5 hours! A must go! Thank you. QES for making my birthday special. 💜

I booked for my birthday get away, after a recommendation from a friend. Queen Esther Spa is a haven. Staff are attentive and all my treatments were done to a satisfactory standard. I was pampered and although my booking was the night before, at the end of my session I was treated to a halogen birthday balloon and a birthday cake with sparklers. I'm definitely returning and already have friends who are going to book!

Visited this spa for my sister's birthday (27/1). Wasn't sure what to expect for £100 package because I didn't really read over the treatments properly. I was however very surprised with what was part of this package - treatments and facilities. Age range in the group was between 16 and 75 (4 people) . We were all treated with the utmost respect and professionalism and they took particular care of my mother and adjusted the way they carried out the massages and treatments to meet her limited flexibility. At the end of everything, feeling extremely refreshed, we were given refreshments, mini cakes, fresh juices and herbal teas. Couldn't ask for a better half day for my sis. I would definitely recommend this spa; and Fifi and her colleague (sorry forgot her name) are absolutely awesome! We definitely plan to go back and will be arranging a bigger group booking for March.

I have has a girls afternoon and my baby shower in there. I wanted something original and relaxing being 38weeks pregnant and IT WAS AMAZING!! Lovely staff, relaxing atmosphere, VERY CLEAN, smells nice not over crowded your intimacy is respected. I haven't even left that I am already planning of when im coming back!!! I started off with waxing and then moved on to laser hair removal treatments with Fifi and her staff members, first at the salon's former location and now at Queen Esther Spa. The treatments have been good and Fifi and her various staff members are always friendly and helpful. The pricing is good and I'm happy with the results of the laser treatment. I'm looking forward to trying out the spa and hamman facilities soon.

Recently had a 60 minute full body Swedish Massage & a 60 minute Galvanizing Facial. Cecilia the therapist did an amazing job - would highly recommend her! Location was also great/super close to Brixton tube Spa was fine - clean & comfortable. A general suggestion would be 2 pay attention to details that can negatively impact the ambience i.e. door 2 staff kitchen was left open next to the sauna & therapy rooms, cleaning products & broom on display in bathroom etc... That said I would book again for sure 👍

I attended Queen Esther Spa with my mum - we had the Empress package which included afternoon tea. P.s they cater for vegans which was an absolute treat. The facilities are second to none, the staff are extremely helpful and polite and spa treatments simply amazing!

Great customer service, lovely people and relaxing environment. I am very satisfied with the treatments that I have tried so far (microdermabrasion, bikini hot wax and leg strip wax). I am particularly pleased with the results of the microdermabrasion facial treatment. Just after one session my skin is visibly smoother and brighter - literally a new skin! Been looking for a professional salon for a while and think this may be the one based on my first experience. Booked gel nails removal and new set and a microdermabrasion/galvanic facial via Treatwell and was seen promptly when I arrived. As a first time customer, I was asked to complete a form with background health info which every salon should do but most rarely bother so this is always a good sign. My first observation was that the salon was extremely clean. This may be because it’s brand new but they get full marks for this as have had some horrible experiences with filthy salons in London. The therapist who did my nails was lovely and very chatty which made me feel at ease. The quality of the nails was good although in daylight, they look like they could have benefitted from another coat which neither of us noticed at the time. Perhaps some better lighting would help. The facial was very well executed and the products used seemed good. My skin felt amazing afterwards and I was super relaxed. Would be great if these guys use eyebrow threading instead of waxing so I could get that done here too and would benefit from more gel colours but all in all a really decent experience.

Having been told about the Queen Esther Spa on Atlantic Road, Brixton, from a family member, I decided to treat myself to a pre-Christmas Spa by booking the Duchess Spa Treatment for one. On arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Sarah and was very impressed by the interior décor. Sarah asked if I would like some refreshments (offering a variety of options) and ushered me into a sumptuous room ensuring that I take a seat on a luxurious massage chair while I complete a form, as this was my first booking. My overall assessment is that Queen Esther Spa is an unexpected delight in the heart of Brixton. However, Sarah was doing absolutely EVERYTHING and it just felt as though Sarah should have had more assistance. It didn't seem fair to me that Sarah should be doing so much. While I was there, Sarah was also looking after two other clients (not having a spa treatment). One had a manicure the other, I did not see what they were having done. I enjoyed my Duchess Spa but felt that because Sarah had to deal with everything (including door security - the door was locked when I arrived), taking payments, doing manicures, my full body scrub in the steam room, it took something away from the Duchess Spa for one experience. Sarah is a tremendous asset and a hard worker. I think if Queen Esther Spa employs more staff of Sarah's calibre, then all will be well but you shouldn't have one member of staff doing everything, as certain aspects of great customer service will be difficult to fully achieve.

A lovely sanctuary tuck away from the hustle & bustle of Brixton. I had a Hammam, the duchess package which was amazing. I left feeling like I was glowing. The gel manicure I had unfortunately wasn’t as good. The manicure was scrappy & the gel hasn’t even lasted the week. Disappointing for what is a lovely salon.

Fantastic: open until late in the evening is perfect for me, as a straight man that just want a steam room that is clean and spacious for 4 people, a steam room as well, a massage that is well done and cleansing my face. All this from professional staff and not being surrounded by chatting and noise. This is a spa as it should be for men, and the price is very good value for money for what I get. Will be back with my mates.

I've been to the Organic Beauty Salon once before and they did a really good job so returned a second time. I went in to have a hollywood hot wax- something I really dread and hate having done. The beauty therapist told me they were trying a new type of wax that was supposedly 'painless' and I was going to be their first customer. It works by first applying an oil which means that the wax only clings to your hair and doesn't pull the skin. I was very dubious as I'm sure you are too but my god. Once she pulled the first bit of wax off I looked down to check she had actually removed it- she had. This new method is honestly too good to be true. You will not believe it until you try it yourselves. For those of you that dread your waxing experiences; dread no more! Of course it is still painful to an extent but nothing like the excruciating pain you will be used to from past waxing experiences. I could not recommend this enough! I have already booked in for my next one and will no longer need to feel terrified before hand!

So i was given a "queen for the day" voucher for my birthday (have to be honest, was nervous going in as it looked like a small beauty shop) fast forward to where the delightful claire asked me to go through to the back 😳... even more nervous 😅. Bt what i found was a little safe haven, a piece of heaven in which i was bathed, massaged, rubbed, scrubbed and completely relaxed! I dont think i have ever been so relaxed (especially after having 2 kids). I cannot thank the queen esther spa enough, i would highly recommend that every queen visits here at least once. This is the most relax I have ever been since coming to the spa. The young lady can't remember her name, she was new, light skinned with dread locks.very pleasant, didn't even feel the pain. I would recommend her 100% she is a huge asset.

I booked appointment whilst in Barclays Bank plc in Brixton with my husband on impulse. I simply googled the name of the spa i saw advertised on Instagram by Marcia Dixon and was delighted Queen Esther herself had a sameday slot available for me for 11am with a £10.00 booking fee. I loved the ambience of the waiting area to the room where i got waxed. I then was well looked after constantly be asked for refreshments. My toes and nails were completely transformed with a deluxe cerise pink Shellac manicure and pedicure. Awesome experience so i already booked my next date with Queen Esther spa. Will bring my husband Winston for a massage too.

I had my hot hollywood wax here. Its a bit pricey but the service and the place will really make u feel a queen. Fefe did my wax and she was really professional. I did not feel any pain at all during the service. She is skillful and friendly. I would recommend this place and Fefe for waxing services. I am happy with their service.

Working in London Victoria is a blessing because on my way back I get to unwind at Organic Beauty, which is located just one stop away from Victoria by train or 4 stops by tube. It is truly a mini heaven, you have to try it! The owner, Fifi is lovely and the receptionist is very friendly, so you'll never go without a drink to reflex the day, come rain or shine. Their treatments are second to none, the premises is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing and the price is just right. I would recommend it to anyone, so if you live in Brixton or pass Brixton on your way to work in Central London, I would say stop by and try it for yourself, and you won't regret it.
