Relaxing atmosphere. Had a deluxe pedicure because I’m on my feet so much and was here for almost 2.5 hours but worth it. Very good quality with the polish. The whole treatment was relaxing from the atmosphere, smell of the shop, the coffee and the staff. No pressure or haggling for something you don’t want or need. Will be back again.

Highly recommended. They did an amazing job on my nails and the staff was so nice and welcoming. One thing I want to add is how kind and trusting the receptionist was. They had a problem with their system and can only accept cash and I didn’t have cash on me at the time. So she told me to come back whenever and pay, even though she knew I was a tourist. I wish more people would act like this I honestly was surprised how kind they are to their customers. I visited in December and I just had to share my experience. Also their black coffee is to die for!

Not only do they offer excellent manicures but the customer service is wonderful too! Always so welcoming and accommodating. A superb location and beautiful decor, I would definitely recommend Rachel’s for a relaxing treatment.

I had a lovely Mani Pedi and whilst I was there one of the staff had a suprise birthday cake! Absolutely delicious 😋 I really recommend this quality service and friendly staff. Very relaxing thing to do whilst pregnant and actually had my baby the next day!

I have been going to Rachel's for a few years now and they always provide an excellent and professional service. They always deliver and service is always excellent. I tend to get a lot of nail art done and they always cater to the designs I want and do an excellent job.

My nails look as if someone took a metal & scratch them, they look rough even after he tried to smooth them , the lines from the scraper still there. I asked my toes' nails to be cut, she cut them from the middle and left the sides, they look ugly. I've been charged 60£ for this !!!! I wish I haven't change my previous salon the prices were reasonable & the work was perfect

My friend took me here as a treat before my wedding. She had gel removed and her nails painted on toes (normal nail varnish) and gels on fingers. I had a pedicure with gels and SNS on my fingernails. I have to say this place is quite expensive, and it came to £225. They also charge for coffee which I find quite surprising given their high prices. My SNS has not lasted well, and started to crack within a few days. This has never happened before. The place looks nice, and staff are friendly, but I can get the same service and better nails at my local place in East London for significantly less money.

I always visit Rachel’s when I’m in town. The space is soo cute and the customer service is wonderful, with drinks and bubbly during certain times. The pedi and mani stay on forever as well. No other place I’d go in the city!

My second visit here, just can't stay away! Really lovely independent nail salon just off Tottenham Court Road, an outstanding selection of varnish colours and really nice staff too. V cool decor and a selection of drinks to enjoy while you're being pampered. What's not to love?

I have come back after not very great experience on my first visit and it was great. I got a call from Manager that was apologetic and meant it. As most places issue apology for a sake of doing it. This time service was great and I left very satisfied and happy. I would definitely recommend and go back,

This was my first experience at Coco + Rachel, I was surprised I wasn’t offered a drink after being seated and getting my nails done so I didn’t get a coffee or tea, but would have if I was offered. I went here because they offered SNS which is very popular in my hometown in America. The technician did a great job but I was not aware that it was £15 extra for the color I requested (Chrome). Looking now at the chrome color on my nails, it is hardly noticeable. Especially since I had chrome on, coming in, previously from the states that was a much more noticeable, vibrant color. I ended up having to pay £80 which is quite expensive considering I came out with only having my nails done and not my toes...good results but too expensive for what I got.

My favorite nail salon in London! It’s just the coziest and prettiest corner, squeaky clean and lovely staff. I was never disappointed! I even moved out of London this year but would still commute to get my nails there. Last time I was there before they sadly closed for T4 restrictions, I finally got to meet the owner and was blown away how calm, professional and truly kind she is. Can’t wait for them to open again!

I walked in off the street desperately needing a manicure. They were able to take me right away and the gel manicure was excellent (nice shaping of nails etc) my only two complaints were 1) the massage wasn’t a hand massage - it was so light it was odd - really massaging my hand muscles and arm would have been expected and preferred! 2) I thought £40 was a tad on the high side for really just a manicure (no real hand massage) But the place is charming and they were nice and professional! I’d go back

I’m thorn about reviewing this place because it’s truly awesome AND also you can still get a last minute appointment... Word will definitely get out about it though. My nails look amazing. Also the place is so beautiful and the people working there are so warm and so kind. It’s a very relaxing and recharging experience. I really enjoyed the special selection of holiday colors, with glitter and other Christmas festivities.

Could not recommend Rachel's highly enough! I've been coming here regularly for over a year now. Rachel and her team are always very welcoming. The decor of the place is incredible, so it's a really lovely place to come and be pampered. Their service includes lots of special touches, like hot towels and hand/feet massages alongside your treatment. Rachel is there most days, and clearly takes a lot of pride in ensuring her clients get the best possible service. I am very loyal to Rachel's because it's the best combination of service and friendliness, in a lovely setting.

I am so glad I found this salon! They do the best acrylics I’ve ever had - really well shaped, thin and neatly painted. Ive has so many compliments on my recent rose gold chrome set of acrylics. The customer service is exceptional; everyone is polite, friendly and goes out of their way to be hospitable. The salon itself is beautifully decorated and furnished, and hygiene standards are high - you regularly see someone cleaning and sanitising the equipment. I’m so glad I found this salon and I can’t see myself going anywhere else ever again while I live in London. Well done on creating such a great environment!

I found Rachel’s while I was attending university, every day I would pass by this interesting shop that eventually drew me in... Fortunately; it was one of my better decisions I’ve made in life. Rachel’s is no ordinary nail bar, from the moment you step inside you are enveloped in the cosy quirky fresh decor that’s a major blessing for someone like myself with ADHD! However; When it comes to the bedrock of this establishment (Nails) they don’t disappoint their either. I’ve been coming here for my nail both hands and feet for a couple of years now and they have not disappointed me once! The girls are highly competent, every person including the owner and her husband who’s got skills Bob the builder who’d be jealous of! Bend over backwards to make your time there on par with upper class travel with virgin . As you might have figured by now I’m smitten by this store, simply because I feel you’d have to be suffering from a major personality disorder to feel you’d had a bad experience here, because they all care about there clients way way to much !!

Just had my first ever eyelash extensions and they are amazing! As a beginner I wanted a more natural look and I totally got that. The ladies are extremely kind and take really great are of you offering you a drink throughout the treatment. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely the most amazing nail bar i’ve ever been. All nails treatments and beauty space go above and beyond. I experienced eyebrow threading and waxing with therapist. It is incredibly not painful at all like many other places I used to come. I really adore this place and would definitely come back.

The actual quality of what I had done here (eyebrows) was good, but the experience was less than stellar... hence the 3 stars. First, the woman who does eyebrows (they used to have another woman who I loved) chews gum while doing your brows, constantly popping it in your face. It’s so unprofessional and not an anomaly - this has been the case both times I’ve seen her. It ruins what should be a relaxing, pampering experience. She must have popped her gum 50 times during the 10 minute session. Second, I had booked an eyebrow tint + threading, but when I got there I explained I actually don’t need the threading, and if we could just do the tint and then see how it looks once cleaning up with tweezers. Great, no problem. But then I got charged for threading and when I asked why, the woman replied that tweezing costs the same as threading. ??? I have gotten my brows tinted many times before at other places and they’ve ALWAYS cleaned it up after with tweezers (included in the price). It just left me with a really bad taste in my mind. However, I will say that Rachel was really nice about it and gave me the cost of the threading back. But it was overall a really disappointing experience.

Went in to get my nails done and loved the result! Unfortunately, a few chipped quite quickly... When I called about it they told me to come back in for a repair. Rachel fixed all of my nails and definitely went the extra mile for me. Definitely recommend this place!

Had a lovely deluxe pedicure by Rachael & Team! Fab shop and staff were just brilliant. Amazing comfort and they scrubbed down my feet so well. I would reccomend the wax - feet feel soft and light. Nail polished well and hot choco was just yum. 10/10. rachel was a gem! Will be visiting again 8-)

Not my favorite. Pedicure was relatively fine but didn’t feel welcoming from the start (lots of whispering and gossiping and no conversation or offer of beverage), and actual pedicure was about 20min instead of 45. Was then left for 25+min under the fan to dry with no one checking on me until I finally flagged someone down and even then they didn’t help me put on my shoes. All rather disappointing for $38 gbp.

The environment and atmosphere is really nice , and the job done was excellent, and is totally recommended. There was no interaction with the staff though and I had many questions. They are very very hard working but a bit more attention should be paid on the part of the communication. Also it felt that everything was done in a rush, even though there were no people waiting. For the money I paid I would have expected a bit more of care.

The staff is pleasant there but my pedi was made in a rush , not worth the price of £32 . It is said it should last around 45 minutes , I think mine was done in 10 minutes , not precisely , skin on my toes was painted . Simply in a hurry .

The nail artist who did the deluxe manicure for me was thoughtful and kind, super gentle with handling my hands as well! They serve you coffee, do your nails, massage your hands, overall a very good experience, initially only booked manicure but because I was having a great time I asked if they have time for pedicure too. The artist who did my pedicure was a bit impatient and rough with handling. She was coughing as well… I was getting dissatisfied by the minute 😔 They let me take my dog there, who was praised on how well he’s behaved!
