Isabella was friendly, on time and professional. The treatment itself was refreshing and soothing. I enjoyed it a lot and wish it was longer than 45 mins.

N. M.Staff is polite and friendly. However I gave 3 stars because:
1. Towel had stain marks
2. As you coming in you are asked to wash hands in a bowl like in Victorian times
3. Managment doesn't give staff authority to tweak treatments even with simple changes like swapping facial time for massage

S.I had a eye trio treatment - eyebrow and eyelash tint and eyebrow shape and I was so impressed with the service quality and attention to detail from the therapist - I'm quite particular about my eyebrows and she really understood that! I would definitely recommend the salon and will be booking again

C.Isabella did the best microdermabrasion facial I've ever had. She was so friendly and reassuring. The LED lights were on for a while and she kept me comfortable the whole time! 5 stars :)
A.I had an amazing waxing experience with a lovely lady named Shawn. It was my first waxing experience so I was extremely nervous, however I was put at ease and made to feel comfortable from the moment I entered (even during the booking process) - everything was easy and done without any problems.
The lady who done my wax explained everything about my skin and gave me advice with aftercare.
I loved the experience as well as the 5 star service provided - Highly recommended and I’ll be back again :)
D. D.I have had the best Hot Stone full body massage ever. This salon is very Covid 19 aware. I had to sanitise my hands then wash in warm water with soap. Hand towel put in a towel bin after drying hand. Very nice warm bed in this weather. My therapist Shawn was very experience and made me feel relax. I will be visiting again to support my local beauty salon
