I have been a client at Regency Beauty for over 2 years and despite moving across london I still travel back because of the exceptional service Federica provides. I would 100% recommend booking an appointment with her, especially waxing and nails. Additionally, the salon is clean and modern, and the staff are always friendly.

I've been going there for a while to do my eyebrows threading but unfortunately the eyebrows threading is over priced for £15! Yes!! £15! I have told them in the past but they couldn't justify the price. Barbers cost £15 and their threading cost the same. For something that takes 5mins, no equipment but a string is a rip off. On a positive note the staff are friendly.

Finally I found my beauty place! it was my first visit to Regency Beauty, I had two lovely ladies who looked after me during my time at the salon. They really cared about me and made sure that I was taken care of. Federica did my waxing for me and it was practically painless! I had Cara for my hands and feet and she made them look so pretty as I haven't had them done for a while. Will definitely be back for more treatments.

I had my free cool sculpting consultation at Regency Beauty, it was the best decision I made, they made me feel really comfortable with my body and during the treatment I was looked after really well, they provided me with lunch and refreshments, she always checked up on me every 10 mins to see if I needed anything or just to make sure I was ok. It took me a while to make the decision as I was uncomfortable with my body, now I am 100% more confident after I had the treatment done.

I love this salon. Everyone is so friendly and it's just a lovely place to spend time in as it's all so nicely presented and you feel really looked after. Even better is that they now offer Coolsculpting Beauty! I have just had a treatment there and Cara did a fantastic job - see my review on the Coolsculpting Beauty website. So great to have this treatment available in Stratford and so well done.

Lovey atmosphere, really helpful staff. My boyfriend and I both had pedicures at the same time in lovely massage chairs. We got to pick the salt scrubs and moisturisers that we wanted and the whole pedicure was thorough with lots of attention to detail. Really relaxing on a Saturday afternoon after some Christmas shopping (just a short walk from the shopping centre). Thank you all

I had my shellac done, and already at the beginning didn’t look right at all, uneven nails, the shellac wasn’t applied properly, my fingers didn’t even look straight anymore! After 2 days one nail was already chipped and the colour was coming off, so I decided to go back and show them - straight away they admitted that the work wasn’t done properly and they offered me to do it again for free on all the nails. This time Federica, the supervisor did it to me! She is amazing! Professional but especially precise. My nails look good now, they are not chipped and they are definitely straight! She gave advices on how to keep the nails healthy and also she explained why some colours won’t work on certain nails! I definitely recommend this salon and if you have the choice to choose a therapist, definitely go for Federica, the best! Thank you so much!

Carla was great! First manicure post-COVID and everything felt very safe. The quality of the manicure was perfect and for a really decent price. Have found it hard to find a good, local salon but pretty sure this is the one for me.

I booked a complimentary consultation with their new aesthetic nurse practitioner and from start to finish the experience was amazing, during the consultation she answered all my questions regarding which treatments would work best for my skin and what her recommendations were..I booked a follow up appointment for a few days later for some injectable treatments and the results have been incredible. Within 3 days I can already seen amazing results, I would definitely recommend.

LOVE this beauty salon. I get my waxing done here every 6 weeks. The salon is clean and bright and the staff are friendly and professional. Frederica in particular for waxing is great. I took my 3 year old daughter with me to get a pedicure and they painted her nails like mine and it made her day!

My favourite beauty salon in London! Popped in today for a spray tan for a wedding that I am going to at the weekend and I am so happy with the results. I am always greeted with a smile. It was very personal for me to find the right salon where my skin will be treated well and seriously I love love this place ! I live 1 hour away but still it’s worth it! I’ve been meaning to post this review for ages as I was so so pleased with the results- everyone needs to come here for LVLs! The treatment was done to such a high standard, honestly the best LVL treatment I have had so far, and I’ve had a lot! My lashes look lengthened, voluminous and are nearly above my brows. Had so many compliments about my lashes, even 5 weeks after the treatment, which goes to show it lasts. Can’t wait for my next visit to Regency

Had a shellac mani and pedi today and it was amazing!! The new pedicures are fab! Had a so many flavors (if that’s the right word) to choose from. I had a cucumber pedi and my feet feel so soft and smell gorgeous!! Also have my threading done here which is quick and painless. All the girls are great, friendly, and chatty! My fav salon in London! There is nowhere else I'd rather go for a wax than here! Super friendly staff who leave you silky smooth. I've recently opted for their Lycon wax too and haven't looked back- pain free (almost!) and longer lasting. Fully recommend!

I have been a customer of Regency Beauty for over two years. When I first started to visit I was always impressed with the sleek look of the salon and the efficient, yet high quality of finish. During the last two years I think the salon has continued to improve its service further and I cannot imagine myself visiting anywhere else.

For waxes, they're efficient and not too pricey. Therapist was polite and quick. For nails though...it's quite expensive and not great value - you need to pay extra to have cuticles done for a shellac (should be standard) and weirdly for nails you have to pay cash (and leave a deposit if you book).

I booked eyebrow threading and a hollywood wax. as soon as I entered I was taken into the room. they supplied wipes which was great before starting. hollywood wax was exactly what I was after - fast and no fuss. wax was at the right temperature and took less than 15 minutes. eyebrow threading is always agony but I had a better experience at this salon compared to the last one I went to as it was quick so less painful. overall the salon is very clean, comfortable and the staff professional and friendly. I would book again.

Not that great of a colour selection for regular nail polish. A wide range of pink and red variations if that's what you're after. We used a polish that clearly isn't used very often as one of the top coats. The manicurist didn't even know how that polish would look when it came out. It was quite a tacky polish in the end... Pedicure was decent, nice massage chairs. But there are only 2, so don't try to book in for several friends. Polish on fingernails have nearly fully chipped away after one day. Not sure I'll return here again
