O. T.After Rosie gained my trust and is my go to waxer, I decided to try facials. I have been to others which felt like they do cream, wash off repeat. Rosie is knowledgeable, and it actually feels like she's doing a treatment, she managed to take my black heads away, i was beyond relaxed and I felt the freshest I've ever felt. I didn't think I'd be impressed by a facial but she proved me wrong! And now I know what they are supposed to feel like. I really think she's the best beautician I've had in years...you can see it in my face!

M. C.First up, it's easy to make bookings (although like all good therapists Rosie's in high demand so it's best to book in advance if you can), the location is easy to find, super accessible (right next to London Bridge station) and the salon space is bright and clean.
Professional, yes. Warm, friendly and kind? Hell yes. I always feel welcome, and never uncomfortable or embarrassed. If I'm feeling chatty then we'll have a chin wag and a laugh. If not, we'll just chill and get on with it - no awkwardness. I really like that.
I see Rosie regularly for waxing. She uses high quality wax and equipment, and somehow makes things pain free (I've been to plenty of different places and still can't work out how she's making things so painless). I feel like it's not enough to say that her work is good quality, but more that it's *consistently* good quality, every time.
As a woman in business myself I respect Rosie's approach, customer care, and wider business vision. Highly recommend.

P. L.I love coming here for treatments. Rosie is always professional and efficient, but at the same time is incredibly friendly and makes me feel at ease during treatment. She's a delight to chat to and I always leave very happy with the results. I've been to a lot of different places, but now that I've found Rosie, I won't be changing again: recently I've moved to a different part of London, but I'll be making the trip to come back here. It's worth it.
