I have been a customer at Ruby's hair and beauty since they opened last year. I have had the following treatments since i have been visiting them, threading, facials, pedicures and balayage. The experience at the salon has always been excellent with great customer service. I have been having the microdermabrasion facial since November and it's done wonders on my skin, I have had people complimenting me and saying how healthy my skin looks which was previously very dull. The pedicure was excellent and thanks to the team for their tips. It's been a few days since I had my hair coloured (balayage) and the results are excellent, really love the outcome. Thank you so much Ruby and Faiza! I would highly recommend the salon to family and friends.

Also had my eyebrows threaded and tinted afterwards which I’ve had before and go regularly as it’s quick, competitively priced and always good results so again would recommend this service too! At Ruby's salon the staff are very friendly. Ruby always accommodates you re: appts. The late appts are so important if you are working. Her prices are very competitive and l like the fact that you are offered tea/ coffee. I have recommended a few people and they have been very pleased. At Ruby's - you may come in looking like 'an ugly duckling' however, l can guarantee you will come out looking like a 'beautiful swan'. ☺😊😁

I love this place and I love Ruby. She's the only person I trust with my eyebrows, I am happy with them every time! I go here for manicures, pedicures, upper lip waxing and threading. When she did a facial for me it was very relaxing and my skin was glowing after. She's also great at massages, she did a mini one during my facial. I've also had a hair treatment and trim here. One of my favourite things Ruby has done for me are eyelash extensions, they looked amazing both times and I will keep going here. Overall, she makes you feel comfortable and she is great at what she does.
