I have been going to this place for years even recommending it to family and friends. Its close to home so it’s convenient and they do a good job. However one of their staff came back after being away and I was so pleased. While doing my nails she looked away for a second and cut me using the machine. It was a bad cut on my skin and actual nail. When she carried on doing my nails she kept pressing on to the cut. I wanted to scream. No discount and just a sorry. I had to wear a plaster for more than a week. Not sure if I would go back.

I had an extremely pleasant experience getting my nails done at S&H Nail and Beauty in Hanwell yesterday. I had an appointment booked which I ran 20 minutes late however I was still seated as soon as I entered. The customer service received from Lyn was fantastic. She understood exactly what I wanted on my nails for my upcoming wedding event. Two of my nails were chipped which she managed to repair. The precision whilst doing my nails was second to none. Lyn was very attentive. She kept asking if I was happy with my nails along the way to ensure I was satisfied, which I certainly was. I will most certainly be returning here in a few weeks to get my nails done for my wedding. Thank you, Lyn!!

Very pleased with my nails as usual. I've been coming to S&H Nail and Beauty for 2 years in Hanwell, the nail technicians are very attentive and always ensure that I'm happy with the nail set. Especially Jay who is a perfectionist.They can do intricate nail art or simple & sleek set.

I am not sure that I will visit that place again, don’t take me wrong. Staff was nice, she done whatever she was asked for. The thing is that the atmosphere was like she is doing me a favor. And another thing was the hygiene, i was not sure how good they clean their tools after every customer... I am happy I didn’t get any nail fungus..

Been there twice, once just before Xmas and today. They are no nonsense and extremely efficient. Some are more friendly than others but that's to be expected if you have to deal with feet all day. Very professional, I recommend.

Many my friends recommend S&H nail, the day I came was very busy but luckily they fit me in. Got the perfectly nail shape and an extraordinary nail art which other nail salon could not do. Highly recommend for people who want the perfect nail!!!
