L.After reading many good reviews online I booked the Spa as a treat for my birthday. It did not disappoint, I had an incredible 90 mins massage and 90 mins facial from the brilliant team at Santi. The team were very attentive and I left feeling like a new woman. Already booked for my next appointment as I can’t wait to get back there. Thank you Santi London! What a wonderful treat.

P. P.A lovely Spa just outside South Kensington station . i have been coming here for the last five years. Santi has great therapist who look after you so well its like my second home. They have a lovely choice of treatments to offer everyone. i have tried there facial, manicure and pedicure as well as the aromatherapy massage.There laser treatment is one of the best ones i have tried in London. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a treatment to try Santi, You will not be disappointed. Tariq and his team will really look after you and you will be sure to leave with a smile on your face.

Tariq and his team are very professional and knowledgable, they always go the extra mile to ensure you are happy, I suffered from acne and lack of lustre in my skin, my skin has improved drastically with the recommended treatments and without the use of harsh medications. My first experience was setting up a private evening for my friend the night before her wedding. 9 of us got our nails done and I was so surpised at how the team at Santi accomodated us. We were allowed to bring prosecco and they kept it chilled and they also put on lots of teats like popcorn and nibbles. The girls got their nails done 3 at a time and it was so private and intimate. I then went to the spa again for a 60 min aromatherapy massage. The service as usual was just fantastic. They are such a lovely team and so welcoming and calming. The massage was perfect and I am seriously considering buying a set and attending more regularly. I have had remarkable service from this spa and I will be going more in the future and probably arranging more special occasions there. Thank you to all of the team.
B. P.Thoroughly enjoyed the BIOEFFECT facial & massage at the Santi Spa this weekend; I felt completely rejuvenated and relaxed after this amazing treatment. The BIOEFFECT facial was amazing, it includes light therapy and some micro-dermabrasion and my skin still feels wonderful! Staff are really lovely, friendly and relaxed making the whole experience one to remember and go back for. I felt like I'd been on a relaxing holiday after the treatments! Cannot recommend the spa highly enough.
K. D.I have been to Santi since 2013 I have been using one of the therapists for my facials which has helped me going through my menopause and kept my skin fresh and hydrated minimising the risks of brown spots and fine wrinkles. This great therapist is Susana.
I have also experience deep tissue massage and cupping that has helped me with blocked energy and post kettle bells sessions. Billie is a very experienced Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner.
I have been attending Santi's own nutritonist Lelani for whom I have great respect as she is helping me with my diabetes. I am always summoned to attend my diabetic nurse, but the last blood test review I was not called to see my nurse. I am coming back for follow up appointments and I feel in the the prime of my life. The clinic is amazing it is a bit pricey but everything that is good comes at a price. I would recommend to anyone to have a check up and seek their advice. Katia Doonan

F. W.Almost done with my laser hair removal treatments (which have been done to absolute perfection, leaving me comfortable, relaxed, looking and feeling fabulous every time), I was curious to see what else was on the Santi Skin menu.
I have super sensitive skin, and was kindly advised to try the light therapy facial and after hearing only the highest of possible praise, I opted for a Swedish massage to take away the London-life tension that is slowly but surely building up in my back.
I started out with the ancient Swedish massage, designed to relax, de-stress and get rid of toxins as well as reduce emotional and physical stress, and was lead down into the treatment room by a lovely young lady after enjoying a fresh lemon-grass tea and Vogue in the stylish and chic upstairs waiting area. I dozed off in the candle lit room while the therapist did her thing (extremely well) kneading and rubbing and pushing and pulling in all the right places. After and hour and a half I woke like sleeping beauty only to be lead to the room next door and the second part of my spa-ful afternoon.
The acne light therapy facial is a powerful, non-invasive treatment which will neutralize the bacteria on your skin that causes redness and inflammation. So the perfect solution to my facial battlefield, which when done regularly will result in a clearer, healthier complexion. The incredibly bright light was a little intimidating at first but soon transformed into a comfortably warm and soothing feeling. I thought I must have dozed off yet again when I noticed that while the light was ridding my face of toxins and all that jazz, my feet were being massaged, rubbed and oiled up. I could have sworn I had died and woken in heaven! It was absolutely fabulous. This is definitely a treatment that I will be booking on a regular basis! It works best when done once or even twice a week and leaves you feeling smooth and calm, so perfect for a pre-party or event pampering!
Santi Skin Spa is not only a highly recommendable resort for all things beauty, but also a place in the heart of South Kensington where one can go to tune down and slip away from the real world for a couple of hours. No wonder celebs and royals are regularly seen leaving the spa! I don’t blame them, Sati is the go-to spa for anything you could possibly wish for! I also love the text message reminder sent a day prior to your treatment!
Santi also collaborate with hotels in the area, so for all of you who have friends and family come over from abroad regularly Santi is a great way to incorporate some Spa time in your schedule within the comforts of your hotel.
Ask for Utta if you plan on starting laser therapy or simply would like to treat yourself to a fabulous facial! She’s amazing, so attentive and really sensitive to your needs and wishes!

S. W.I cannot recommend Lelani Loubser, nutritionist at Santi, enough. From the outset, I have found her professional and personable, with a real air of caring for my well-being. She brought with her a wealth of expertise in food, nutrients, the body and health into our meetings and diligently researched my individual symptoms and needs in between so that each session deepened my understanding of what was happening in my body.
In particular, I have really appreciated Lelani's whole life approach and have greatly benefited from her suggestions, such as taking a relaxing bath at the same time each night and keeping my bedroom free of work activity so that I may sleep better. These lifestyle pointers have been of significant value and, alongisde the dietary guidance, I have experienced quite a transformation since first stepping into Lelani's office. My energy levels have risen, my vitality has returned and my sense of peace feels more instilled and more easily accessible.
Lelani has shown throughout to be interested, generous, kind and insightful. Indeed, her insight paved the way for successful diagnosis of my condition that 18 months of tests and consultations with various doctors failed to spot. For this alone I would give my wholehearted recommendation, yet Lelani has proven her skills on so many more levels. She is surely one of the best out there and I, for one, am a very satisfied customer.
