Just had my last laser session and wanted to write review on the brilliant experience I had with Linda who carried out my sessions. Linda always talked me though each session and answered any questions I had a long the way (which were a lot) in a professional, attentive and friendly manner. I always looked forward to my next session because of this and I always appreciated being welcomed in such a positive way, it really helped me in feeling relaxed and comfortable during my sessions. Thank you for such a great experience and also thank you to Ayesha who was also always super friendly and attentive! You are both real assets to the salon!

I'm a regular and love coming here for brows and the occasional pedicure. Shaz did wonders to my very flat brows - she explained what I'd been doing wrong with plucking for so long (she threaded mine for the first time!) - she got me into tinting and then convinced me to do microblading which was one of the best purchases I have ever made. It's completely changed my face and I feel so much more confident without makeup on. I shan't be going elsewhere :)

I have been to Sapphire Clapham for nearly 3 years now to have my henna brows done. Shaz is amazing and has really changed my brow shape in this time - which have gone from very thin to much fuller and shapely. Spent a superb long afternoon being totally pampered at Sapphire in Clapham ! The service provided by the staff Linda and Asheya were 100% attentive. Both made every effort to understand my needs before starting any treatment. Treatments were amazing with fantastic back massage, facial, flawless manicure and pedicure. They used good quality organic products which were gentle on my very sensitive skin. Like to thank Linda who went the extra mile with very useful skincare pointers for me. I have started following some of her tips and will give her my feedback on my next visit. Another plus point is the place is open until 8pm weekday. Easy to pop in on the way home from a hard day at work for a quick pamper and chat with the girls. 😊 Overall totally worthwhile experience and would highly recommend a vist. Shabana

I’ve always struggled to find the right salon to do my eyebrows but after going to Sapphire I will never trust anyone else. It has a lovely atmosphere, the girls are so welcoming and Shaz the owner is so kind and genuine, it’s amazing that she keeps the prices low without compromising amazing quality. I can't wait to go back!

I love this Salon/Spa. I recommend that everyone visit. The best care you will ever get is inside of Sapphire. I wish I could pick up the Salon and everyone in it and take it with me everywhere, especially travelling. Eyebrows done correctly. The easiest, almost pain free Brazilian wax I have ever had. And, my Mani/Pedi is perfect. This last visit I chose the changing polish. It is like having a new pedi everyday. The owner, Serina, is so helpful and beautiful--inside and out. Her staff is so attentive, as it should be when one is spending time pampering themselves. Life in London is so busy and so wearying at times. Having a spot to go and take care of the basic grooming that is needed is key. But, having a spot where one can go and take care of themselves beyond the basics is a treat. And, at Sapphire you will be treated well. That in itself is the treat. Give yourself a treat today and visit this calm, relaxing and fun Salon/Spa. You won't be disappointed. I highly recommend! And, I will be back soon.

I really miss going to Sapphire for my eyebrow tinting n shaping, facials, pedi and manicure. The staff are super friendly and professional with great beauty tips and after care advice. My favourite salon in London, the staff are always so friendly, they remember you and are able to recommend treatments or nail colours based on your taste and what would suit you. I wouldn't go anywhere else for brows, lashes, nails, laser or facials. They really do a great job in everything. Can't recommend enough!

I stumbled across Sapphire Salon when I was unable to get an appointment at my usual salon. I was so impressed with Shaz and Linda that I now don't go anywhere else. Shaz is by far the best person I have come across for eyebrows. She knows exactly what she is doing and always takes great care. Linda always does an amazing job of my nails and the team are so friendly. I would highly recommend.

I dropped in on Saturday morning on the off chance that I could get my nail re done. I booked and came back and had a lovely job done on my nails. I have gel which had to be removed and then re-done. The lady suggested the colour which I decided to go with and love it. During that time a few clients were having their brows tinted and threaded. I asked about this and went with a brow tint and then the owner (I think) offered to do a threading on my brows for free which would have been a challenge. All in all I found the salon very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone. You read negative reviews and let’s face it everyone has an off day and possibly the client was having a bad day..........I couldn’t fault Sapphire salon. 😁

I had an extraction facial with Julie and she was fantastic. I suffer from Milia and she was very thorough. Extraction can be a painful process but she assured me the whole time and checked I was ok. I arrived early for my appointment and had chipped a nail I'd had done the week before and Nafeza kindly fixed up my nails whilst I waited. Going back in two weeks for another extraction..! When I came out the girls were all very friendly and could not recommend enough.

Great salon, the ladies there are all so nice and very friendly and it's always a pleasure going back. Shaz is lovely and runs her business really well. Monika is great at waxing and very meticulous as well. Bee is very sweet and professionnal toom gives very good massages. I recommend without any hesitation!
