I cannot fault this salon. The hospitality and service is second to none! I had my hair cut and styled by Biba who I absolutely adore! She has been my hairstylist now for over 3 years and I never go to anyone else. The salon itself has so much to offer from hair, to facials to massages to even a hammam room. It’s definitely a one stop shop for all your beauty needs. Get yourselves booked and pampered girls, you won’t regret it. Thank you Biba and Savannah.

Went in today for a manicure and eyebrow threading but opted for a massage instead of the eyebrows as it was just honestly out of my budget. Not only did i get the most luxurious manicure and much needed healing hands massage but they threw in a free eyebrow threading! They said they wanted to give back to their customers after these rough times of late which was just so beautiful! The place itself is so CLEAN and has an amazing brand new relaxing atmosphere with decent reasonable priced treatments, workers who take pride in delivering excellent quality service and care. I left feeling happy, relaxed, in love with my new nails and not ripped off trying to justify the sometimes extortionate prices of salons!I couldn't recommend this place enough and will be returning loyally especially as their new spa will be opening soon! This is my local salon and I absolutely love this place. Its my go to for anything I need whether its hair, threading, wax or a facial. The place is clean and presentable, the staff are always welcoming and give me the best service. Diljeet does my threading every 2/3 weeks, Habiba cuts and styles my hair and Savannah does my facials. All are very professional and the results are fantastic. Diljeet is very patient with me and understands exactly what I need. My eyebrows always look amazing and the threading is painless. I've also had waxing with her and she is efficient and understanding and the results are great. Habiba understands my hair very well and always gives me the best advice on how to look after my hair and which products to use. My hair can be very dry sometimes and frizzy so Habiba would add some treatment during the hair wash to help restore the shine to my hair. She cuts my hair very well and exactly how I want it to look. I always go home satisfied and my hair looks better each time. I also get deep cleanse facials from Savannah which includes extraction, exfoliation and steam. The treatment is so relaxing, the equipment is clean and Savannah always talks me through the process so I am aware of each step. When the facial mask is on, I also receive a neck and shoulder massage which is very relaxing. Always feeling refreshed after the treatment. Everyone there is very friendly and welcoming and the environment is very relaxing. I am looking forward to trying out the new treatments they have now available. X

It is one of my favourite hair salons in London. Amazing service & hospitality. I usually come to do keratin treatment, facial and manicure & pedicure. Last week I got hair highlights by the talented Habiba. Mashallah I love my highlights, so happy and satisfied. I also did microdermabrasion with 24k gold mask by the lovely Savannah, my face still feels smooth and bright. I also enjoy the conversations I have with everyone every time I come here. Overall everyone who works here is brilliant, friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this salon.

I have been going to this amazing salon for years now. The staff are so welcoming , friendly and warm and are very professional and punctual, also the salon itself is beautiful, inviting and clean. It’s a one stop salon where you can get many beauty services at one time, I honestly could not recommend their facials and hair colour and treatments enough, special thanks to Savanah who is exceptionally skilled in facials and habiba, the hairdresser who had done the most beautiful hair colour and treatment for me twice now as well as Eva and saynab who are delightful nails technicians.

Literally 10/10. No complaints whatsoever. I arrived 20 mins late and they still accommodated for me. I had a mani pedi, which was totally worth the price. The interior is beautiful and the shop is very clean. They even offered complimentary snacks and some hot tea. Very professional team, with a special hats off to the owner, Savannah who is extremely humble and kind. She was very concerned with the wellbeing of her customers and was very much hospitable, I didn't even realise she was the owner until the end! I would definitely recommend, and they will be seeing me again shortly.

Got manicure, pedicure, facial and massage done. Absolutely brilliant service provided for my mother and myself and also celebrated her birthday there. The staff are very warm, welcoming, and attentive to your needs and you won’t be disappointed. They also arranged for a cake and some snacks for my mom to celebrate her birthday. This was our first time going for a massage and We were warmly welcomed by the staff and felt comfortable , my massage and facial was done by Zahira, she provides the best massages and also good advice for anything beauty related. She is truly gifted and her hands are like magic when it comes to massages. I felt very relaxed after the massage. Suzanne did my manicure and it was done really well and also had a lovely conversation with her. I highly recommend this place as it is worth the money and you won’t be disappointed.

I went in for a bridal package gifted by my close friends and it was the most amazing gift. I was welcomed by Savannah and her friendly staff and Zahira did all my treatments — Hammam, facial, pedicure and manicure! I felt truly pampered. Service was great and she made me feel so special and offered tea, coffee, dates and chocolates! It was my first time having facial and I truly enjoyed it. Best facial I have EVER had! I went to Savannah last Saturday and was booked in with Zahira for a Deep Cleanse Facial. WOW....it was by far the best facial I have ever had. We had a consultation first and she could tell in 2 seconds my skin type, what I was lacking and what products I should and should not be using. The facial itself was so relaxing, and I also got the most wonderful neck, shoulder and hand massage. I floated out of the salon. I can't wait to go back! Zahira is such an amazing beauty therapist and so warm and friendly. Five Stars all round!

We had a beautiful and relaxing experience here, Savannah herself is a wonderful host and her team were friendly, I'm usually quite sceptical of trying out salons but they really knew their stuff. They accommodated a large group of us and were really attentive to our needs, and provided refreshments & lunch along the way. Honestly, what can I say, they pampered us throughout the day with excellent services and beauty care tips. My hair and skin still feels gorgeous after an Oplex treatment and deep cleanse. From booking online I did not know what to expect other than receiving a facial. From the first instance, arriving at the shop I was greeted and the lady who was giving my mum a facial was nothing but amazing. She consulted and recommended a crystal clear facial which would give my mums skin the best results and no lie I could see such a difference straight after. I also had my gel manicure and the lovely lady did such a great job, taking her time and making sure I was comfortable. From my experience I will be definitely back! :)

I had a pedicure with Eva she was very good, this was the best pedicure I had, It felt soo relaxing and soothing, I used to get this pain in my heels and now that I have had the pedicure the pain disappeared. I really enjoyed my visit to Savannah Beauty. Both the decor and design of the salon are really fresh and pretty - even the toilet is cute! After conversing with 3 staff members, I could tell that all the staff are lovely people and that the vibe in the salon is really professional and welcoming. I booked an appointment for wash, cut and blow dry through Treatwell and was styled by Biba. Throughout my visit, I did not have to worry about any privacy issues (so if you wear the hijab then this is the place for you!); I was catered to and reassured about my privacy #bonus! I showed a sample picture of the style that I wanted and Biba listened and delivered. She gave me ideas to adapt the style so that it would suit me more. My previous experience at another ladies salon wasn't like this; my requests were not listened to and I received a back handed compliment about my face shape not suiting my requested cut. Unlike that other salon, I feel so comfortable at Savannah and for that reason I'll be back! Thank you Savannah!

Savannah beauty and spa is not just a salon; it is an experience! I feel so special when I go and even more special by the time I leave. Savannah herself is highly experienced, having worked at Harrod's for many years. Today, she gave me a full body scrub with Rasul soap and an exfoliating mitt followed by a massage. It far surpassed anything I could have hoped for. I have also received the best mani pedis with the perfect shape nails. The salon is beautiful.: the Dior gray, soft pink, and brass fixtures make me feel like I am entering another world from the Harrow Road. There is often sparkling pink lemonade, pastries and always tea. It is like being at a best friend's hen do (without the alcohol.) The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the treatments are top notch, and the hygiene is kept to the very highest standards. I feel so lucky to have such a wonderful salon nearby, (but would travel to it if I had to!)

Highly recommend this new beautiful salon off Harrow road. They offer multiple services such as facials, hamams, lash, brows and mani’s and pedi’s all under one roof. I went to get my nails done here on Saturday. The service was really good. The receptionist was super kind, she offered me a drink and a complimentary cupcake which was super yummy. The Nail Technician made sure my nails looked great and really took her time, really love the way my nails look and she also gives you a hand massage which was lush. Definitely going to make this place my new local for all things beauty. The prices for treatments are affordable and don't break the bank! The decor and music makes you feel super happy, calm and everyone that works there has a warm and happy vibe. It just felt very peaceful and serene, usually getting your nails done isn't always very relaxing as you feel rushed but these guys make the place feel calm with the music they play and the minimalist chic vibe. I'm not one to write google recommendations but really felt I should as they're a relatively new business and its important to support small local business especially in this climate!

Savannah is a sweetheart and extremely welcoming. 5 star customer service, made to feel comfortable and pampered. I’ve been here 5 times so far. Each experience has been lovely and relaxing.
