Me and partner were staying at a hotel for a date and we wanted a place to get a massage. Secret Oasis Spa had good reviews so we decided to book a couples massage. When booking the treatment the lady had a a wonderful telephone manner, she was understanding of our needs and made she we got our desired timeslot. When we arrived at the spa we were very impressed with the covid-19 measures. They supplied masks, hand sanitiser on entry and temperature checks. This made us feel very secure and comfortable. The massage took place in a beautiful couples treatment room. We could see they put effort in to ensure the tables were far apart to adhere to social distancing measures. The atmosphere of the room was magical, the music was relaxing and the massage was divine! Me and partner both left the treatment relaxed and refreshed. If i lived locally i would definitely go there every month! Great value, great staff & a great treatment. Definitely recommend!

Got the pregnancy massage and it was very pleasant. Margot is a very good masseuse and she was strong and at the same time gentle. My legs feel rested and lighter after her massage for water retention. Also the place is nice and all of the staff seem to be very friendly.

Absolutely amazing salon! I didn't think they would be so professional and responsive as I walked in on the 'off chance' and, I believe, they only opened recently, but their salon is lovely and clean, extremely well appointed, and the facilities, treatments and services are extensive and great value. The massage rooms are calm, relaxing and attractive, the massage treatment was very professional and of real quality and the staff were so polite, respectful and very well qualified. They prepared really well and all the staff were amazingly friendly providing tea and marshmallows and, at the end, I was so surprised with the cost as the service were comparable to the best luxury hotel spas in London at a fraction of the cost. This place should not remain a 'secret' for long!

I wanted so badly to like this place, and gave them two chances to set a good impression. The first time, I scheduled a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax. The eye brow wax was good and my pedicure was fine, but they forgot to write down the manicure and couldn't fit it in. They were apologetic and I thought it was a simple mistake, but I tried to book just a basic manicure this weekend and had a similar issue. They accepted the appointment and then called me 10 minutes later saying they had a customer walk in and could no longer take my appointment. I'm going to attribute this to growing pains of a new salon, but they need to get better at managing their schedule before I will give them another shot.
