Every time I visit Serena Beauty and Spa Salon I feel impressed. Excellent service and a very friendly owner! The salon is nicely decorated and clean. Have a great selection of OPI and CND shellac brand polishes. My purple and chrome has lasted up to 3 weeks! Prices are consistent with the industry.
Overall: I am a repeat customer. I can't wait to go back and have more services! It's my new go-to nail salon!

A. B.I have been going to Serena Beauty and Spa for 3 years now for the best eyelash extensions and I would never go anywhere else!
Goi is amazing- so knowledgable, kind and skilled. She really takes the time to ensure you get your achieved look and really understands what suits your eye shape/face and pays attention to detail.
The eyelash extensions themselves last forever! I only visit once a month to have an infill. Since lockdown I have not had my eyelash extensions done and my natural eyelashes are still so long and healthy, this is because Goi truly knows what it is she is doing and makes sure your natural lashes are undamaged.
I love love love visiting. The shop is beautiful, all staff are so kind and it's super clean. Everyone takes the time to ensure you are comfortable e.g. room temperature, drinks etc... It's a really impressive place and I would highly recommend
P. H.I had my eyelashes done here and they are perfect. My eyes are sensitive and other places I have heard the glue can make your eyes water but not here. Goi is very good and pays attention to detail. I'm really pleased with the service received.
