Such a fab salon. The atmosphere is great, and the staff are lovely and offer great advice on colours. My previous gel nails lasted nearly four weeks, and only started (minor) chipping after three. I’ll be back!

Excellent for pedicures. They have big comfortable 'throne' seats. The pedicurist was professional and detailed in his work, using the small tools to remove dead skin, excess skin, cuticles, and the dirt underneath the nail. A very relaxing environment

The salon is clean and modern and the staff are very friendly which is a bonus. It’s nicely decorated too. The pedicure chairs are difficult to get in and out of and are uncomfortable to sit in. The pedicure was very good however and they did everything I asked them to. The massage by the manager, a man, was excellent and long. I was in heaven! However, in the past I have had just average pedicures. It really depends who you get assigned. Sometimes they change staff halfway through the pedicure. Their manicures are average. The polish they use chips off the same day without exception.This comes from filling up half empty bottles with thinner I am told by other salons.. Many salons do this. The hand massage is over in five seconds. I have to remind them to clean under my nails. It is the fastest manicure on the planet. If you want more attention and more luxury you have to pay extra for a luxury manicure which really should be the normal standard anyway. I go to Serenity because it is convenient and I can park. It is also by my hairdresser Chelsea Green Salon. They used to have two women in their basement doing mani/pedi but vanished one day with no explanation given to customers so some of us now go to Serenity. I think if Serenity invested in some better polishes and learned to apply better so they didnt chip quickly I’d write a better review. I will keep going to Serenity as it is convenient. Your experience here very much depends on who you get to do your manicure or pedicure. Some are better than others…. Generally its a good experience. Walk ins welcome but you may have to wait a while. Not enough staff. Opens at 10 but sometimes a little late opening…… Mrs Justin Bell

I have a finger nail which keeps splitting, and the best thing for it is fibreglass and glue, then shellac on top. Very few people know how to do the fibreglass and glue, but Rachel at Serenity is one of them and she always does an excellent job! The salon is friendly, efficient and the staff are always helpful. Highly recommended!

Visited Serenity with two fellow pregnant friends and were incredibly impressed with the service we got. We were given our own space, bottles of water on arrival and really taken care of to make sure the temperature wasn’t too hot for us all. Beautiful pedicure, the most deluxe I’ve ever had and great for our poor swollen feet. Haven’t found anyone else who catered for pregnant women so well (and served all 3 of us at the same time!). Can’t wait to go back. Thank you Serenity team.

This is the best nail salon. They do excellent work and my manicures last for 4+ weeks and never chip. The salon itself is lovely - it is very clean, they have a large selection of polish choices and everyone is always so friendly. I’ll be a loyal customer for life.

This is honestly the BEST nail salon in Chelsea! I’m so happy I found this place. The manicures are incredible and last a long time without chipping!
