Skin Perfection are amazing, I can't recommend them enough! So professional, quick and thorough. I've been having laser hair removal on various body parts over the last 2 years. My treatments were interrupted by Covid lockdowns, which they managed seamlessly and kept me informed. My hair removal has been successful and has made such a difference. I was looking for a laser hair removal treatment for quite a long time. I was always concerned how effective it is and not to get ripped off. I've had a brilliant experience at Skin Perfection (I never normally leave reviews but felt compelled to as they've been so fantastic). It was the first time I'd had treatment for my acne scarring and overall redness, and my practitioner Viktoria was so informative and helpful in suggesting treatment options (I had a combo of micro-needling and three-for-me laser), and has since carried them out with the utmost care and professionalism. You feel in incredibly safe hands! And the results have been amazing. I've noticed a huge improvement to my skin, and not just my scarring but overall as well, and the products they recommend have been amazing too (I use the Epionce range). Despite my laser hair removal journey being interrupted by the pandemic, I am very happy with the quality of SP’s services. The staff are always friendly and eager to help, and I have noticed significant improvement in the targeted areas. The discomfort is absolutely minimal and fades in a few seconds — it definitely beats years of waxing and shaving for me! Professional, friendly and caring - Skin Perfection is an amazing clinic! I am getting photo facial rejuvenation to treat broken red capillaries and pigmentation on my face and chest (a condition called poikiloderma) as well as laser hair removal. I have been using skin perfection for face treatments for many years now. It's a spotlessly clean clinic and really easy to get to location wise. All the ladies that have completed my treatments have been very lovely, nice to talk to and always professional. Photo facial - this made a huge difference to my dull skin complexion. I just looked brighter and refreshed within a week of the treatment and friends always commented. 1-2 weeks after the treatment I could physically see the sun spots coming to the surface of my skin and could simply wipe them away. Really cool. This treatment also helped tighten my skin. Dermapen - much less painful for me than the photo facial and less downtime. My skin looked more plump, firm and refreshed afterwards and I will continue to have this treatment once my current course is finished. I'm currently having dermafrac which is practically pain free. You get so many little treatments in one and I really enjoy it. I am looking forward to seeing the full results in a few months but am already enjoying the clearer pores. I love the products used in the treatments: dermaquest (my absolute favourite) and epionace are both great. You can also top up all your products which is a huge plus as you never know if buying online is genuine. Thanks for making my skin happy SP.

I have been very reluctant about laser hair removal at the beginning as I have super sensitive skin that is prone to scar at times. However shaving and waxing left my skin red and irritated so I was desperate to find a better solution that is kind to my skin. I took my time to research the lasers out these. I've been going to Skin Perfection for 18 months now. The girls are super professional and very nice and talkative which helps when you're doing full body laser hair removal that takes about 1h30. I've seen incredible results and I vividly recommend it to everyone who is keen on being hairless in some areas of the body (or virtually all!). Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, my treatment is taking longer than expected which is frustrating but I obviously know that it's not the clinic's fault. If anything, anytime we come back from lockdown, they managed to immediately book my sessions in a very accommodating way, even though they were extremely busy. Three years ago I decided to finally address the issue of excess body hair growth. What struck me immediately about skin perfection was not just the calm and serene atmosphere but the fact that they took their time explaining the various options and helped guide you towards a well informed decision. Treatment itself (I initially opted for a full body ladder hair removal) was exactly as they had explained including the openness on the amount of pain to be expected. After 8 sessions, close to 80%of my body hair is gone for good. The end result has achieved far more than I had even dared to dream. Honestly, I can only give them the highest praise possibly. Even during the pandemic they have never lost their way and always put the health and safety of their customers first.

I purchased a course of 6 sessions of full-body laser hair removal after a recommendation from a friend. So far I have had 4/6 sessions and I can definitely see a change. From the get-go everyone at SP was super friendly and professional. They really took the time to explain the whole process for me and to reassure me about pain management (this was a huge worry for me initially!). Luckily- their machine blasts cold air at the same time as the laser zaps so you can barely feel a thing! Unfortunately, with Covid I haven't been able to complete my course yet but i've been pleasantly surprised with the customer service at SP, they've contacted me after every announcement to let me know when i'll be able to resume my sessions and where they're up to, etc. Overall, i'm really happy with SP, their customer service is fantastic and they all just seem like really genuinely nice people!

Great clinic, very clean (especially considering we’re in a pandemic this is so important) and safe. They follow the covid restrictions to the dot and keep clients and staff well protected. Staff are very friendly, no one does a hard sell here and the pricing is also fair. You might find slightly cheaper clinics but then you don’t see the same results nor would you be as safe as here (speaking of experience). This is all with reference to laser hair removal. Also what’s great (and was very important to me when I was choosing) is that they’ve been around for many years and the owner is very much committed to client happiness. Many other places offering similar services for cheaper went bust (eg nuology) and took the clients’ money without any communication nor returning a penny. So overall a happy customer at Skin Perfection!

Laser Hair Removal - I bought a block of eight sessions and have found this to be really successful even though it has been intermittent with the various lockdowns we have gone through. I have had two different therapists over the time (one went on maternity leave) and both have been great. The machine they uses lets out puffs of cold air as it zaps which makes it a lot less painful than the usual machines. I have a Dermafrac facial booked and can't wait for the clinic to reopen to see the results from this. Would definitely recommend to others

I was recommended to try Epionce Lite Refresh by one of the therapists at Skin Perfection a few years ago. All through my life I have suffered with spots, nothing too bad just a few at a time. Having tried a number of peels and microdermabrasion, I can say that this is the best treatment for clearing your skin that I have ever tried. After 3 peels my skin looked the best I have seen it, and I could go without foundation. I try and have a couple of peels every six months as maintenance. Thanks Skin Perfection.

I have Erythematotelangiectatic Rosacea and very sensitive skin which burns easily. I'm halfway through a course of Photofacial IPL and Peels to treat the damage to my skin from the rosacea and from sun. I was very nervous about this, especially the peels, due to my skin sensitivity and reactivity but Victoria and Ayse have been brilliant in their clinical approach and management, and my downtime afterwards has been minimal. Even though treatments have been suspended during the several lockdowns we've had in London, Victoria still regularly phones and checks up to see how I'm doing. Well organised practice with an efficient practice manager, Eszter, and everyone I've met has been friendly & warm.

I moved to London recently and wanted to keep making progress with laser hair removal I already started. I was so glad I found Premier to continue my treatments with for a few reasons. First they offer packages of 3 which was impossible to find anywhere else. Good to keep in mind when choosing who to start laser with because at some point in your treatment you might not need 6 and then youre stuck paying really high individual treatment prices if you want to stick with the same company. I also love the lasers they use. I have tried a few different types of laser hair removal and found this type to be the best for me. In addition to this everyone is very nice, professional and knowledgeable.

I found Skin Perfection through a Groupon, after a couple of sessions with another salon which I wasn't happy with. The results lasted for weeks and my hair grew back as normal peachfuzz without any difference to what it was before. I have been coming to SP for a couple of years now and I find their treatments really work. They are friendly, professional, prompt and send plenty of reminders about appointments. They are very careful to check medication etc. I suppose the only issue I have is the need to pay in advance for a block of laser hair removal treatments which I think is slightly unreasonable since the appointments can be 8 weeks apart. However, I don't know if other clinics do the same. I would recommend them highly apart from that. They also offered a free facial which I found really, really good. I did end up buying a lot of face products but I checked on the web and I think they gave a very good price.

I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal here after having ridiculous problems with two other salons doing similar Groupon offers (I really couldn't afford full price or I wouldn't have kept trying Groupons!). The Skin Perfection clinic is absolute gorgeous, perfectly located, all the staff are so lovely and caring and I always feel so relaxed going in. My hair removal experience was great and I was left 100% impressed. At the time I had terrible skin but couldn't afford skin treatments too. One of the girls spent lots of time with me to talk me through the options the clinic provides and the results I might get, but I had to leave it and hoped to save up. Luckily a month later they got in touch as they were doing 40% of skin courses over summer. 4 months on I've had 3 dermaroller sessions and 4 out of 6 chemical peels pre-purchased and my skin is truly amazing. My wrinkles and acne scars have disappeared! I've actually enjoyed the process of attending the salon and catching up with the staff doing my treatments and will miss not going anymore. I have had a course of skin treatments: photofacial rejuvenation combined with a peel and my skin feels so much better for it. The laser treatments I've had so far have been really successful in all the areas - beyond that, the professionalism of the therapists and the front desk is what made me come back time and time again. Having suffered adult acne for a number of years now, picking it and causing dark marks, the peels have been wonderful on my skin. My skin was checked thoroughly and skin-care products and regime was tailored for my needs. The offices were clean and sterile, the ambience was soothing and relaxed, the staff were amazing - so understanding, professional and caring. The peel itself was so relaxing. i seen results probably 2 days later. The acne cysts were flatter and the skin appeared to be much smoother. i had a peel every three weeks. i was so pleased that i purchased another course of 3. the last peel i've had was much stronger, with minimal peeling 3 days later, and boy, my face looks so much radiant and brighter. i must mention Kat and the Director (Leah, i think, sorry if i'm wrong) especially. They really went out of her way to explain to me why my skin is breaking out, offered a stronger peel, gave very through after care advice and even asked me to call her on the Monday to tell her how my skin was reacting. i can honestly say, after pills, potions and lotions that didn't work, i'm really pleased with the results from here. i still have a way to go to get rid of the pigmentation, but i can honestly say that it's really lightened up. 10/10 for this place - i'm so pleased.
