I have been coming to this clinic for 2+ years, when I first started I suffered from bad ingrowing hairs I had bumps and now I have realised bumps have disappeared skin is smoother and it has restored my self confidence. Nisha and Lorena has given me professional advice that helped me to improve my skin quality, eliminated my ingrown hairs. Also I'm really happy about the high level of hygiene for equipment and overall upkeep of the premises. I've been coming to the clinic since July to get facials done. I'm now on my second course in order to tackle hyperpigmentation. I can honestly say that all the ladies have been super professional. Nisha who does my regular facials have been amazing and very informative and doesn't make me feel stupid asking questions. I like how the clinic is super clean and feels very hygienic. Aishah who is at the front desk is also very friendly and I feel very welcomed every time I'm there. They look at my face and assess and actually tailor every facial to suit my skin which I think is brilliant. I can see a big difference on the texture of my skin so far. I also feel like they are understanding and listen to any comments or feedback you may have. I feel comfortable talking to them about my experience and if there's anything that I may not be happy about. i started coming to skinlogica on the 22/02/20. I have had amazing results till date. Nisha have been wonderful through out my laser hair removal journey . Turning my sad face to a happy customer. I had really bad hyperpigmentation and lots of hairs on my skin. I was ashamed to put my hair up and my self esteem was so low. i also had really terrible bumps on my skin which didn’t want to go using facial wash and I also ate healthily yet nothing seem to work. As a black lady, I had to ensure I pick a clinic that can treat my skin tone. Nisha and her team at skinlogica have been the best decision I made . My skin needed the tender loving care and I got that from the team at skinlogica. i have also decided to consider facials with the team as I have upmost trust that they will look after me very well. After years of having laser hair removal sessions which were ineffective at best, and damaging to my skin at worst, Nisha and the team at Skinlogica have been a Godsend. Everything you need from a salon, especially as a woman of colour where only specific types of laser will work (though you won't always get told that). They are extremely informative and patient from the onset, really working with you to figure out the right set of treatments after consultation. The actual treatments have been relaxing (yes, turns out even laser hair removal can be relaxing!!), quick and effective, with absolutely no damage or irritation caused. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable, and it shows in their customer service and the clean and tidy clinic itself. I travel pretty far to get here because when you see something good it's worth the effort!! Highly recommend

Thanks to Dee the laser expert, I actually enjoyed my treatment and I would like to thank Amna the peeling specialist. All the staff were friendly and they explain everything to me before we start the treatment and after. The customer service was excellent. do you know give you a report of your progress after its treatment and they were remind you of your appointments, best thing is they are so flexible with the appointments timing. I usually have my facials in Central London but this the best place I have even been to. It is a little hidden gem in Gatton Road with wonderful aromatherapy oils in each room. Nisha takes such care with each client and even told me I don't need frequent facials as my skin is good! Very flattering but also very reassuring that she cares about her clients needs. The aftercare is also phenomenon, I almost didn't want to give away my new found secret but it's only fair the salon gets the credit it's due. Thank you guys at Skinlogica!

A comfortable and relaxing time spent after being welcomed by a kind, personable and knowledgeable team. I have had two sessions of Microdermabrasion with Deimante, whose facial massages are wonderful and her energy is soothing. She knows exactly what my skin needs and how to treat it well. Deimante explained/notified me of everything she was about to do so that I wouldn't be surprised, as my eyes were closed and covered with calming eye patches during the treatments. I completely trust her and Nisha on their recommendations and experience. They listen to my skin concerns, and recommend the best procedure to give me the results I am looking for. After my treatment, I am given time to prepare/get myself together and there is always a nice warm cup of tea waiting for me in the back seating space, so you can just indulge in the relaxing and re-energised feeling. UPDATE: I also have been having treatments with Amna. Amna is so full of life and I always look forward to being looked after well. I look forward to my 2 hourly sessions with the lovely De who looks after me when I go for my full body laser treatments every month! I am on my third session and they have treated me with the up most respect and very professionally which is something I expect. The laser treatment is well worth it- I'm getting 8 full body laser treatments, I'm on my third one and I can see a reduction already! I would highly recommend laser treatment to anyone suffering from PCOS like I am because I know from personal experience that waxing is an absolute pain and very ineffective for us ladies suffering from PCOS! if you are looking for a laser treatment nudge I pledge that it is very worthwhile!! I want to give Skinlogica Laser Clinic in Tooting a big shout out because they are amazing. I've been going to them since they first opened and have had great results with facials, microdermabrasion and laser hair removal. As have my mum and aunty and the friends I have recommended Skinlogica to. I didn't think I could like them more but yesterday proved me wrong. My 15 year old son has had a break out of spots recently. Not a huge issue really but because he gets keloid scarring from the tinyest of scratches I wanted him to see an expert for advice on skincare routines. Amnya (not sure if I have used the correct spelling 🙈) was amazing, she assessed his face using a special machine. She spoke with him, recommended products (not just the ones they stock but also alternatives) and text him a very simple skincare routine so he has it on his phone. We've also booked him in for a special facial, (to clear the breakout and reduce the squeezing urge) taking advantage of the buy one get one free offer, that's currently running. The clinic is a fresh, stylish, relaxing and clean space that is fully accesible. It feels like a real treat going there but it is affordable. The products and equipment are all high end and suitable for all skin tones. But more importantly the women whom run it are lovely and know their stuff. They were great with my boy. I really recommend the skin assessment for everyone, not just teens. They are busy-as all great places are but booking is easy. Thank you to all at Skinlogica

I had a brilliant experience when I went to have microdermabrasion session, I felt really pampered and well looked after, Nisha the clinician was very nice throughout the session, very professional indeed. Every time she needed to do something during the session she told me why she had to it, and how it will benefit my skin. I felt very special, I also knew I was was in good hands. At the end of the session, She told to take all my time to get up, I didn’t feel rushed out the door it’s quite the opposite. They have a beautiful space in the clinic with a lighting that makes you feel extremely relaxed that you just don’t want to go out, I sat there for a good 15 minutes just listening to a relaxing music. I went to Skinlogicia in hope to clear up my acne breakouts and scarring. The microdermabrasion course over six weeks really helped slow down my breakouts, and now I barely have any! It has also helped exfoliate my skin which benefitted to clearing my scarring greatly. I’m so much more comfortable in my skin and I do not recommend any other place apart from SkinLogica. I have always had good facial skin, however i have had an unexpected recent breakout with no foresable reason! Amna came to the rescue and suggested a course of high frequency treatments. I am still currently doing the course of treatment but so far so good, spots are starting to clear up & darker pigmentation marks have also lightened. I initially came into the clinic for a consultation on 25th October. I met with the therapist who recommended the hyperpigmentation peel for me. I was fully explained of the treatment procedure and why it was best suited for the skin concerns I had. I came in for my first treatment on 31st October, before starting the treatment the therapist explained to me the do and dont’s and what to expect from the first treatment. Pictures were taken of my face before the treatment began. The treatment lasted 15min and I left with the paste on my face. I was given a detailed explanation of how to use the after-care products and their importance. Each time I came in for the treatment, the therapist checked my skin to see what changes had occurred and discussed them with me. I came in for my last treatment on 21st November. A week after the last treatment I went back to the clinic for my review appointment. Pictures were taken and compared to the pictures taken at the first treatment. As you can see from the pictures the results to speak for themselves !! I was very impressed not just with the results naturally but also the clinic the staff and the therapist from day one.

Im having monu peels and the whole experience is amazing as with the peel she gives u hot stone massage which leaves you really relaxed. Thank God for Skinlogica, before coming to get microdermabrasion facials I had dead skin, irritated skin, and a dull look. But just after one treatment I have noticed a difference in my skin and the appearance. My skin is much clearer because the dead skin is gone and people have noticed the difference. I've just had the most amazing facial at Skinlogica. I've never had a peel before so I wasn't sure what to expect but Nisha with her in-depth knowledge talked me through the treatment and I felt assured, especially as the Monu Superficial Skin Peel uses natural ingredients. While the exfoliater went to work I received a wonderful head massage, which combined with the great smell sent me into a lovely relaxed state. The peel was then applied, while it activated another wave pampering ensued in the form of hot stone massage to my neck and shoulders - bliss! Just when I thought it was over Nisha then worked her magic by using facial massage to apply the final serum and lotions.....all of this in just 30mins. The results were immediately visible...my skin looked smooth, refreshed and had a lovely glow which lasted for days with no actual dryness or shedding of the skin. The ideal pre-party skin perfecter...I have a big event coming up soon so will most definitely be booking in for a another one!
