Quick hash and cut. The hairdresser was slightly late and I am certain I was not given the conditioner treatment that was included but the cut was as requested and I was out of there in 30 minutes or less. Practical for a simple trimming but I wouldn't go for anything more than that. The floor was dirty with hair from the previous day.

I switched to this location because the one I used to go to in Covent Garden has been closed because of the pandemic. But Splash Soho is just as convenient as Splash New Row. The only downside is they often change personel. So if you found a barber you like, who could make haircut according to your taste, there's a higher chance they won't be there when you return.

Very touch and go in terms of results but that’s what you get for £10 for a man’s haircut. Once had a terrible cut which took 6 minutes max, went back to record oct it, by chance was put with someone who’s much better whom I now go to.

Had a minor hair emergency last night - I had my hair done at a different salon before a black tie event in Soho, but it fell flat on my way there. I ran into Splash and was lucky enough to have Kremena style my hair with only 30mins before the event. I received numerous compliments on the old Hollywood style waves all night and felt gorgeous. I am now on my way to a hungover lunch this morning and have been able to successfully brush the curls out into soft, lived-in waves that have that "effortlessly glamorous" look we all aim to achieve. I'm so grateful for Kremena being able to syle my hair on such short notice and will certainly be booking my hair appointments for events in the future with her.

Diletta was exceptional. She greeted me with a warm smile and was welcoming, she seemed happy for me to have the experience which is critical. She attentively gave me the best pedicure I've ever had. Highly recommend Dimitri! He is amazing, I visited the salon today with my sister. After a bleach hair dye disaster at home a friend recommended Dimitri to us . He managed to fix her orange hair dye disaster leaving her with her desired ash blonde result and in under 2hrs! He was very friendly and also cut her hair perfectly will deffo be returning and spreading the word :)

Had such a great haircut here - Francesco was brilliant! Really kind, took everything I said into account and cut my hair beautifully. I’ll definitely be coming back here. Had a nice experience here but feel pretty disappointed with my highlights. Came in for trims in the past but this time I decided to get my highlights touched up as well. The lady who did it was so lovely and friendly I cannot fault her service at all but unfortunately she decided not to use a toner despite me saying I definitely didn't want any brassy yellow tones (and I showed her a photo of my usual ashy blonde hair after I visit a salon). The foils were left in for less time than than I'm used to so I was a little apprehensive anyway but then catching my reflection in the mirror afterwards was a bit of a shock because it looked so yellow and I couldn't help feeling disappointed. I was too embarrassed to admit this because she had curled it nicely and seemed so pleased with the results. I thought toner was a a necessary step in the bleaching process so its a shame that I'll now have to try and do this myself. I left a tip because the service was lovely but unfortunately I think I preferred my dark roots to these yellow stripes. Comments from my friends were "it's not that bad' which isn't really what you want to hear after spending £70 at the salon. Lovely friendly service and a really good place for a quick trim, but I'm sad to say maybe not so much for colour jobs.

I went to cut my hair today and I am very happy with my haircut, it was made by Giuseppe. He was very professional, fast and kind. Seems like he has a lot of experience in his job and find a way to make you look and feel good. The place is clean, organized and now has all the rules to protect us from covid, like the use of masks (they provide you one if you don't have). The staff looks well protected from the virus as well and there is a 2 ms distance for every chair as the new rule said. I have been to the place twice and I think the price is very good for quality that you get. Nothing to be jealous of those expensive places in Central London. I paid 16.75 for a nice haircut. Highly recommended

Absolutely love this salon. Had a manicure a few days ago by Sandra who did a fantastic manicure. She was very efficient and did a detailed job, professional, great sense of humour. Great place, super value for money with friendly professional staff. I have been going to Splash Soho for a while now as it is conveniently close to my work. Sandra always greets you with a friendly smile and happy to help with all your requests. Alessandro cuts my hair and does so with precision and attention to detail. This is a great place. I followed my barber Jan here, who has been cutting my hair for well over a year and is awesome. So I knew in advance the cut and service was going to be ace. Anyway the vibe is really upbeat and happy and its shiny clean and buzzing and friendly, so I'll be continuing to come for sure. I am on a budget for cutting hair&beauty, although I wish I wasn't. Dimitri gave me an affordable cut with the highest professionalism possible. Not only he listened to me and what the needs of my hair are; he took an interest into the ingredients of the shampoo I have to use, advised me on how to obtain the best out of my short neck hair without even once trying to do something different from exactly what I needed to be done. He was also a good chat, uplifting and kind, treated me like a princess even though my hair is a bit rubbish and I generally get hairdressers demotivated, or even teaching me everything I'm wrong at, just because I have bad hair and do what I can to make it look pretty. Dimitri definitely improved my look. Maybe the hairdryer was a bit too hot but I've told him. Last two times, I went next door to them where they are borderline rude, unprofessional, and they even charge more (reason why I decided to look somewhere else, personally). But even if you are not on a budget, I would say Dimitri is a good bet: he asks three times how much length he can cut, because clearly he cares about his customers being satisfied. All sweet and precise, like a real hairdressing experience. Thanks.

Great central location, downside to that being it can sometimes be hectic. It is a huge space taking upstairs and the basement. Never had more than a 10 minute wait. The nature of splash means you don't necessarily know the quality of the hairdresser, but I've never left disappointed in my 10+ visits.

Speed and quality services, but both depend on which stylist you dealing with. Not very satisfied with hair washing before cut. Stylist didn't seem to care if you are protected from water while washing and if your clothes are wet from the drips after wash. However, good value of money overall.

Good haircuts. However, i experienced some testing customer service. A total of three times I was asked whether I wished to pay extra for a wash. I passed on each of these three occasions. He also asked me if my hair was clean which most people would find incredibly insulting. I've been coming here for years and never previously had an issue. After being to Splash many times decided to have my hair cut short from a long quiff , was given to an Italian Girl who I showed several pictures to and my hair was cut way too short , basically a buzz cut , usually Splash are great but this girl I realized quickly she couldn't communicate very well I had to pick up a water spray and wet my own hair as she was trying to cut my hair from being blown dry backwards when haircut I wanted was cut forward , dissaponting , make sure staff can communicate , wish I hadn't had my hair cut at all ! Fortunately Manuel fit me in to colour my hair afterwards to make my hair look like a style again

Heads up never been to the hair dresser in London. Me and my friend we have been in the Splash Soho Saloon on Thursday. I had the olaplex treatment and my friend had a hair color. Dimitris the greek hairdresser is the most talented hairdresser that I have never met.He takes care of me the last 2 years.He bleaches my hair and give me hair cut too.I have never had a problem with the bleach on my head with him because I have heard loads of bad stories with other hairdressers(burned skulls etc)and I was worried in the begging,but I have never worried with him. We all love Splash, for that short time, tip top haircut, but there was nothing short about the Receptionist, Eliza. They said nicely, to just let them do their job, they need it poker straight to check ends- I've never been told this before in 3 decades? but surely it is my choice for a damaging non-essential item to be applied? Very happy for them to cut my hair in whatever way they feel they can. But I have this hair 32 years and it turns to wire/dry/damage after heat- Fact. GHD or not. It made my stomach turn as I have worked hard to care for my hair by not applying heat all these years :( I felt I couldn't speak up. Advice: You must always gain full consent before doing something with a member of the public, if they are uncomfortable-stop and augment your actions to best make both stylist and customer happy. Not just stylist. Very nice hair stylist however.. Very friendly.. Excellent price.. very fast service Will go again once they agree to no straightners first :D Thank You!

I had mixed experiences in this saloon. Every time you go in there, you can see many new hairdressers. They seem not to stay long time there, there are always new staff. The problem is that they don't speak English very well. Last time I was there, I said I wanted my hair cut in a specific way. Guess what I got? The complete opposite of what I asked. You get what you pay for I suppose and the only plus side are the cheap prices although even these have creeped up over the years. The thing that I liked most is the fact that they clean all the tools, no bacteria or viruses can be found on them. Two years ago I had problems after a visit at a different salon.
