I have been going to this salon for about 5 years now and honestly is the best you will ever find ! I did waxing for about 4 years and since the start of this year I decided to do laser hair removal and it is the best decision I made . The staff are so welcome, professional and super nice ! Big thank you to Hannah who’s is the manager there and always there to help , Christiana who is amazing at waxing and convinced me to try laser and finally Nicole who is doing my laser hair removal and she’s the best :)

I had a Hollywood with Nicole and she was excellent. Very friendly, professional and quick. I don’t think I have a particularly high pain threshold and it was virtually painless. Everything was very clean and hygienic and I would definitely recommend Strip Wax Chelsea to others!

I have been going to Strip Wax Bar on the Fulham Road since 2018 and it is hands down the best waxing salon in London. The staff are incredibly friendly and always helpful. I usually see Nicole who is so quick and pain-free. Hannah the manager runs the salon impeccably. 10/10 every visit! They also sell a great range of hair care products for post treatment. Highly recommended!

The only place I trust with my waxes - Firstly once entering the building the staff are always friendly & welcoming. This personally makes such a difference to my day. Hannah, the manager is always lovely when I visit, makes sure my requests are noted & does a magnificent job of running such a busy store. I go to see specifically Martina every 5 weeks so she can top up on my Hollywood & brows. She explains everything as she is doing it & continues to make you feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. She listens to what you want & makes sure to accomadate to your needs consistently. Her product knowledge is incredible so if you're eyeing up anything from the shops range then ask her where is the best place to start. I've gone away with several of their scrubs & showergels, products to help with in grown hairs & both revitalash and brow. Use as she recommends & you can't help but to fall in love with not only the products, but also the store, the experience & Martina herself. I recommend Strip to anyone who will listen, and continue to introduce people who have had bad waxing experiences / have never been waxed. Their return to Strip is credit to how amazing this place is.

Excellent waxing at Strip Chelsea. Great waxing technique with very little pain. Hygiene was good - staff used disposable gloves and wore masks and the all important no double dipping in the wax! Would be nice to see disposable aprons rather than cloth ones which are not really hygienic when worn all day. Thanks again!

Have been coming here for over 5 years when I had my first ever Hollywood - I was scared and nervous! It is one of the best salons around - great products, calming atmosphere and fabulous staff. Nicole has made my laser experience so much fun and has always listened to any need I’ve had, she is precise, considerate and a joy to be around! The manager Hannah is also the best and is very thoughtful and kind. Would definitely recommend to any and all friends/family.

Highly recommend Rivitabrow product in the salon. Its not super cheap, and Im normally sceptical, but it has made a massive difference. Worth the investment.

It's very clean, the staff is very welcoming from front desk to the therapists. I have been use Lycon products since April and in one month my skin changed completely, using tea tree body wash and tea tree soothing cream every day. Best salon in skin care. My skin use to be really eachy for dryness.. Never had this problem anymore.

Visited Strip wax bar this morning, a friend told me it’s the best place in London to go for waxing. Having been in Australia for the last 2 years I was a bit dubious about where to go now in London as I’d been used to such a fantastic waxing company in Brisbane. Well I was totally blown away by the whole experience. The girl who did my treatment was so friendly and she completed a Brazilian and full leg wax within the hour. I didn’t even feel like I was being wax it was totally pain free and I got to watch a bit of TV whilst I was having the wax. This place is totally awesome!!!

Micro Needling facial Micro-needling facial. Wow, the micro-needling facial I had just before Christmas at the Chelsea branch of Strip, was fantastic. I rarely write reviews for things but this worked for me so I thought I should share. I was also a bit sceptical if it would really help with the lines around my eyes and jaw, but true to what the therapist told me, it has, so i am am really happy with the results. I've had compliments at work the next day, and a few friends noticed and asked what I had done. I hope someone from Strip sees this because Bridget the therapist was great, and explained the whole process, mask and the massage at the end was so relaxing.Thanks Bridget and Strip, I'll definitely be back in Feb for another.

Cristina was so kind in making sure I could have a wax whilst my baby was with me and great at being careful due to the caesarean scar. The team downstairs was very friendly and happy for me to discreetly feed my baby afterwards and asked me if I wanted more water. Very thoughtful. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Been coming here for a while now, and the appointments seem to consistently run late with no acknowledgement or apology. (Today’s appointment was 25 mins late). I attend in my lunch so the timeliness is an issue for me. The treatments itself are great (although today seemed to be sparse with the oil thats applied before the wax so wax dragged).

Christine was amazing but I had a difficult situation with my appointment which was frustrating. I booked online for 12pm and had the confirmation email with me. The ladies on reception were quite rude and just said I wasn’t booked in and acted like they didn’t know how how it happened as they had no appmt for me and responded like it was my fault for the mix up. It was very odd. They told me to just go away for 20-30 minutes but they would ‘try’ and squeeze me in. No apology and as mentioned very curt and off hand. Not appreciated when you have categorically booked in advance for a Sat appmt. It’s a shame as based on this experience I certainly wouldn’t rush back even though Christina is excellent - and lovely. Staff need training.
