The staff there have been nothing but super friendly, helpful & proffesional. The waxing has been the best I've had - I'm not great with pain and the waxes have been comfortable, & pain free. I always made to put at ease, I never feel rushed, even if I'm the one who's arrived late from work, they litterally check to make sure they get every hair & very recently when I realised I had clicked the wrong appointment time online for a spray tan and called the day before, I was called back within five mins to be told I had a new appointment in the time frame I was after and as front of house had moved things around for me. Can not praise these ladies & this salon enough!
