After having allergy with a normal waxing in the past. I was nervous to try a sugar waxing, but Gigi made me feel at ease. She is one the best sugar waxing specialist in London. I always go to see her when I’m in town. She’s very professional, friendly and most import does it all without any pain! Highly recommended.

This was my first experience with sugaring -- I can't recommend it enough! Not only is it much less painful than other hair-removal techniques, but it is actually GOOD for your skin. First of let me start by saying SUGARING and WAXING is NOT the same thing! Gigi is absolutely amazing- so welcoming and friendly and so passionate about what she does. She really takes care with everything she does. It took about 3/4 weeks for me to visible hair regrowth on my face- today I had my first Hollywood sugaring experience with Gigi and it was LEAST painful experience I have ever had in my life. I have tried strip wax and hot wax before and I was always convinced hot wax was the best thing for the sensitive areas, until today..Sugaring is nowhere near as painful as strip wax/hot wax. To make it even better Gigi is so lovely and not awkward at all- she doesn't make you feel uncomfortable in fact she was so friendly and informative it felt as if I had known her for ages! She also gives honest and beneficial skin care tips. I definitely see myself being a regular customer and I recommend her 100 percent!!

I had an appointment a week ago for a bikini wax with Gigi. It was my first time sugaring but she made me feel instantly comfortable. It took about 40 minutes but it didn't feel that long as she was always making conversation and making sure I didn't feel pain. After that, she gave me after care tips to keep the skin hydrated and avoid ingrown hair. My skin feels so soft! It was a great first experience with sugaring and I will definitely come back!
