C. G.I came here to have my hair fixed as I was really unhappy from a different salon. My hair was yellow and bland instead of the crisp blonde that I wanted.
The staff were amazing. They talked me through everything they suggested and as I have no idea about hair, they explained everything, what they were going to do, the technical side of it all, the colours and strategies and let me know the effects it would have. They put some life in to my air. I have this perfect winter-y crisp ashy colour that blends amazing. So happy I could cry! Some kind of witchcraft 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

The most Proffesional hair cut I've ever had , was shown the colours matched 3 to totally match my roots ,not rushed at all totally talked me through everything as I had someone cut off my long hair before !
masage wash ,treatment hair mask ,all free ,no pressure or any attempt to sell any products, good conversion and coffee and the best blow-dry I ever had ,I have difficulty afro hair and needed volume at the back ,it came out perfectly exactly how he said he'd do it ,Love this place literally felt like pamper day ,couldn't do enough for me

I'm really impressed with my cut - Carmen listened and I left with the length and style I asked for. All for a great price - especially for Hackney. It's a small but very well kept studio. I will definitely return for my next cut.
A. M.Always feel welcome, staff listens to my wishes in cut but not afraid to say when things not possible due to quality of hair etc. Effort is made to fit me in, even when showing up without appointment. Reasonable prices, been a customer for a couple of years now.
