I've been coming here since the shop first opened and the shop and beds are always spotlessly clean, the bulbs are replaced regularly and the staff are warm, friendly and helpful. There a few tan shops in Eltham so I think the 1 star review is sour grapes. But don't take my word for it, go and treat yourself.

Very professional and clean. Kind staff. I dislike the coin system and do wish the beds were in individual rooms or had more space (though more common in the states I think), but that's about it. Really convenient and affordable.
