I came to the beauty lounge E11 and had a lash lift, tint and eyebrow wax by Rita and a full head of highlights with a tint (to cover greys and add texture), followed by a cut and blow dry by Natalia!
Honestly - I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Such attention to detail, really listened to what I was looking for, really professional service for both services. Natalia spent 4 hours making sure my hair was just perfect, always checking the colour and really cut and styled with love! It’s exactly what I wanted (which was something natural to my colour but sun kissed). I’m sold, looking forward to getting my nails done there too 🎉
m. s.I went to get a wax from Rita the other day at 37 weeks pregnant it was literally painless she made me feel at ease, was very professional and lovely to speak to. I would recommend. I will be coming back in the next few weeks.

She has a remarkable passion for her work and is genuinely a lovely member of staff. I get my hair highlighted and toned a nice ice blonde colour and the results are always outstanding and professional. I would definitely recommend, best hairdresser I’ve been to! 💇🏼♀️❤️
I. M.A very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The manager was very friendly. Today I've done my nails- shellac. I am so pleased with Regina, she makes very beautiful nails and pedicure. A very high level service. Would come back again.
V. P.I had a really good waxing and pedicure here, Zoja and Jasmine have been amazing :) they make sure to give a perfect service caring the details. I had my chocolate treat and coffee too from Zoja, while I was getting the treatment.

G. A.Hot waxing::: I've tried many places and this was by far the best experience I've had. The staff were really informative and really professional. The wax itself was super quick but did not feel rushed at all and was really thorough!
Fun fact::: in order to be a waxer in Russia you need to have a medical background. My lady was a nurse too! ;-) very safe hands!
