S. K.A great waxing therapist! I had a Hollywood and arms wax, as it was almost pain free! Iulia was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. She's efficient and also pays great attention to detail, so I'm very happy with the final result. I'll be visiting again, and already have my next appointment booked.
E.I came in for a last minute eyebrow wax on the last day of 2021 and bless Iulia - she was about to close the shop for the year and she still took the time to do my eyebrows.
She was very professional. She explained the health and safety forms I initially had to fill in. She was very knowledgeable about every product she used - from the type of wax she would be using (this Australian brand that uses natural ingredients and has an elasticity to it) to the temperature she melted the wax at - these step-by-steps helped me feel confident in her treatment as I hadn’t gotten my eyebrows waxed in a long time. Iulia also advised the best eyebrow shape for me and she kept it very natural.
The overall experience was a calming, soothing experience and the studio itself is unexpectedly located just under the nailshop and it was bright and clean.
I would definitely return and recommend Iulia’s services to friends and family and I look forward to getting my nails done at the shop above in the new year as the gentleman and lady I met seem lovely - very warm and friendly.

*Update* It’s been less than 24 hours since I got my brows done (and I have sensitive skin) and I can confirm I didn’t have a single irritation. Iulia really knows what she’s doing and what kind of products best suit the treatment she is using on you so don’t be afraid to communicate your skin type and needs. I am looking forward to having my first bikini wax with her. I trust Iulia all the way!

She is so friendly and her waxing services are top notch! Always gives me the best eyebrows and her waxing is basically painless. Really good at distracting you if you are first timer or scared of pain (there is none). We always have a laugh. Would 100% recommend!
S. S.Iulia is a professional from start to finish. She is very attentive to details and will do everything in her power to make you feel comfortable while getting a full body wax. Not my favorite activity and I don't usually get wax treatments done, but Iulia has gone out of her way to make my experience a great one! She was kind and the whole process was smooth and pain-free! A. F.Lulia is the best waxer in London, I have been going to her for 9 years. And at times I have travelled an hour to see her. She is so clean, quick and respectful. Her wax is virtually painless. And I have walked out of waxes half way through before beacuse I couldn't hadnle the pain. If you are considering going to her just go. You wont be disapointed.
