S. J.WOW, I had a facial here and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by two friendly and polite members of staff. I was then escorted to my room, where the ambience was so peaceful and relaxing. My therapist (Rabia) was so attentive and made me feel very relaxed throughout the whole process. I will certainly be booking with them again. Definitely 5/5

T. G.I came to the Greenwich Spa to have full leg and bikini waxing treatment done for my Holiday on Monday. I arrived 15-20 mins early after not being informed that my appointment time was changed from 10:30 to 10:35, but it was minor. I was asked if I had signed the online waver, which I informed them that I had. I was then asked to sign and date the paper copy again ticking the box that I am pregnant.
After a couple of minutes I was asked how far I am in my pregnancy and was informed that because I am in my first trimester that I was unable to receive my treatment because there is a lot of risk. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I have been waxed throughout both my other pregnancies, so I was very confused. The only issues in terms of pregnancy is that a woman can be more sensitive to the waxing then normal due to the hormonal changes other than that there is no risk as it's a wax.
I can understand and appreciate policies can vary but What I found upsetting is that I completed the online waiver informing them I am pregnant days prior to my appointment, so a telephone call to inform me that they were unable to carryout the treatment would have been considerate. I was offered other treatments such as a mani and pedi but I had already had this done. I have had no issues in regards to waxing in any of my other pregnancies.
Thankfully I was able to be booked in at another establishment who was happy to do a full leg and bikini wax for me after telling them I am pregnant.
Overall, the Greenwich Spa is a friendly atmosphere, just upsetting and a shame that I was turned away really.

I note the complaints some other people have posted about being charged for cancelling appointments. This is clearly a small private business trying to get back on their feet again. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice it’s really quite simple; you’ll probably have to pay the full charge? They’re not a charity. The world doesn’t revolve around you!
P. S.I had colonic hydrotherapy with Susanna. She explained everything thoroughly and always took the time to check I was ok throughout my treatment. I was given opportunities to ask questions and she checked in after treatment to see how I was feeling. Susannna was super friendly and professional and I instantly felt comfortable with her. The salon was very clean and all social distancing measures and cleanliness were followed. I will definitely come back for further treatment. Good value for money too esp compared to other London salons. Thank you!

B. T.I regularly get eyebrow waxes and laser hair removal here and everything about this place is professional but still with a homely atmosphere. Susanne makes me feel so comfortable and explains the laser hair removal process so well - as well as being a delight to chat too! I have had 2-3 laser hair removal appointments and I saw progress after the first session.
The girls who do my eyebrows are very professional and take their time which I hugely appreciate and make sure that I am happy. I have had so many eyebrow ladies in and around London and they get it perfect every time. In some places the results can vary depending on who you get, but not here.
J. H.Great experience. All of the Covid measures are in place so I felt perfectly safe and clean. The staff are lovely and friendly. I'd never used them before but my shellac manicure looks fab! 'm going back soon for a lash lift....Would definitely recommend.

J. I.My husband and I were looking forward to a couples massage for our anniversary yesterday, but due to the dreadful weather, the traffic was horrendous (QE2 bridge closed and A2 roadblocked). We spent over two and a half hours trying to get from Dartford to Greenwich and missed our appointment ;(
The staff were extremely understanding about this and I cannot thank them enough for their good nature. I will definitely be re-booking soon.

The massages were good, the price is OK for London. Clean venue, etc.

T. N.I told Eisha I never had a facial before and explained my ongoing skin issues. I’ve always used dermalogica products as I have adult acne/ large pores. The facial was amazing, so relaxing and really felt like Eisha got a lot out of my skin; more than I could ever with dermalogica products. The products felt and smelt wonderful. The whole experience was brilliant. I definitely want to book another in soon!

D.Eva was great. Very professional and considerate. The only tip I'd like to give is that the light above the bed in that room and it's cord hanging from the ceiling is coated in dust. It's the main thing you see whilst laying there so would be great to have it cleaned up. Otherwise everything was excellent. Thanks!

S. K.Impressed with the safety and hygiene protocols in place as we all ease out of shutdown. Great lympahtic drainage massage with Laiz, who offered some good body care/ hydration advice too. Warm. friendly and obviously extremely knowledgeable about this unique type of massage. I am going to make this a regular thing!
