T. H.Very nice and relaxed facials, the skin felt amazing after. Very clean and relaxing place. The only thing that wasn't pleasant to me, was the attendant saying they added a £15 tip for the professional when I went to pay. She was amazing but I think we are already paying a high price for that and the tip should be given at the client's discretion and not put there to make you feel embarrassed to say "no".
A. G.I enjoyed my spa treatment here last week. The staff members were polite and professional from the moment you step through the doors. I thoroughly enjoyed my session with the lady it was just perfect. Will definitely be returning again and again.
A. W.A lovely day spa in the heart of Mayfair. The hot stone massage was most relaxing, while the facility was clean, and modern.
The facility lacked a comfortable waiting area, and instead directed us to sit on bar type stools in the middle of the retail area.
After the massage, I asked to take a shower but was told that none were available. My sense is that this facility is more set up for facial treatments than body treatments.
Overall though, a very comfortable experience!

The customer service she offered and the massage she gave was 10/10. Amazing girl and I would really like to see her go far. I will definitely be back for another massage with her. She decided what type of treatment I needed based on what I told her about my skin, and explained it to me step by step. Very pleased with the results. Thank you Jessica.
