Shiu is amazing, I've been to several different laser clinics in a few countries, however very shortly after all hairs would grow back. This is the first place that has paid such incredible attention to detail I end up postponing appointments since there is almost nothing to laser!

Been coming here a couple years, and the staff are always so friendly. Special thanks to Alex who did my treatment, she was very thorough, getting it exactly right, and took the time to talk about the queries I had and Kyra on reception. Well worth going here if you need laser hair removal as their device gives a burst of cool air after the laser so it doesn't hurt as much as I hear others are.

So happy about the choice I've made when I decided to buy a hair removal package at this clinic. I could see right away the changes into the hair and I'm so happy with the results achieved so far. Staff has always been really helpful and I was so happy after my session today. I had my session after a while because of the Covid situation but Patrice was really welcoming and really nice. She made feel very comfortable and would recommend this place to everyone.

I signed up for a full body laser hair removal deal on January and can not say how happy I am. It has been a life changing event. It has been a struggle for me for all this years as I am very light skin and very very very dark hair. I have only done 1 session so far and 70% of my hair is gone. I was a bit worried when I chose the clinic as other friends of mine haven't had the result they wanted in other places, however the clinic is great, beauticians are professional and the technology they use is really good. Shiv, one of the beauticians at Bishopsgate center has been taking care of me and she is so professional, very friendly and helpful. I was referred to The New York Laser Clinic by a friend who has had fantastic results with the removal of her hormonal hair. I have had varying laser treatments at different clinics over the last ten years and have to say that NYLC is a stand-out by far! From the moment you walk in, all of the staff are super friendly and welcoming. I often see special deals on their website which make the treatments extremely affordable. My therapist, Shiv, is amazing; She has a massive smile and warm personality which instantly makes you feel at home! Shiv is extremely knowledgeable and will talk you through the process step-by-step. I personally found the treatment to be pain-free – the treatment is different to what I have had before as the machine cools your skin prior to the laser doing its thing. Recovery time was relatively quick for me and my redness had subsided by the time I had walked back to the office (15 minutes). Would absolutely recommend to anyone considering laser hair removal!

Fantastic place! Doing my laser hair removal with Eva, legs, underarm and bikini and it's been amazing! Also, had an issue with ingrowns and marks on my bikini area - and Eva suggested a green peel which has been life changing! All the marks completely disappeared, totally worth it! Great experience and ask for Eva!

I have been getting facials since Christmas with Anna who is excellent, she really knows about the skin, what works and what it needs, shes not just another beautician applying a face mask! I can see an improvement in my skin already and feel confident in what is recommended to me, its like having my own private dermatologist. i think the variety of treatments offered here is good and the standard of their lazers is also very good.

I'm very glad I purchased a hair removal package with the NYL clinic. The location of the clinic is great for me to pop out at lunch time from work. The staff are really welcoming, helpful and friendly which takes the edge off the slight embarrassment of having hair removal. :) The treatment was almost pain free, just a little stingy at first, but not at all as painful as I thought. After just 3 sessions with the clinic I noticed I no longer had hair growing in the treated areas. I have even had to put off my last two appointments due to them not really being needed as only minimal hair has grown back! I am very pleased with the treatment, clinic and staff. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The cooling system they use makes the whole experience much more comfortable than laser treatments I’ve experienced in other places. Having had other laser treatment with very disappointing success I was hesitant at first to give it another try but, god am I happy that I gave it another go at the NY Laser Clinic. They use a laser called GentleLaser which holds what the name promises. It is by far the most gentle laser hair removal I tried out and my bikini line is smooth and I feel so much more confident in a bikini. I would say 70% of my hair was gone after 3 treatments. I will now continue to have my underarms done. The staff is friendly, especially Roberta who really knows her stuff and the rooms are clean and nice. I have already recommended it to my friends.

I've been going here for over a year and can't recommend this place enough! Shiv is always attentive and so lovely, and have been using their OBAGI products and never looked back. I've seen dramatic results with my skin dealing with acne issues and won't go back to anything else. My skin is clearer, brighter, acne has gone as well as pigmentation.

In terms of service I can not fault the team at bishopsgate the service is outstanding and the staff are always very welcoming. My sister and I are quite new to the clinic and we both intend to stay for a very long time. Not only are the treatments great but the overall service makes it all perfect. The service we received from Nicole was of high standard and incomparable to anything I've experienced and for that I say Thank you. Initially I was skeptical whether this is going to work. But now, after completing only 5 sessions I don't need to bother anymore with constant shaving. I used to have huge problems with the skin irritation and ingrown hair. Now it is all gone, and my skin is clean from wounds and almost hairless. I am happy with the choice of the clinic, the staff is always friendly and extremely informative. For the past year I have been doing my sessions with Karina and Olga, very nice women which do their job well. Highly recommend!

I've been treated at the NY Laser Hair Removal Clinic for underarm and bikini line and found it very good. I'd previously been to another clinic where they used IPL with gel and didn't find that as effective as the machines at NY Laser clinic, which don't use gel. It's also less messy and more convenient for popping in for an appointment at lunchtime. I've very pale skin and dark hair and have found that almost all of the hair is now gone in the treated areas (6 sessions). It's now been a few months since my last treatment and there is some regrowth but it's quite limited. The clinic is conveniently located if you work in the City and the clinic rooms are nicely decorated and kept.

I would like to highly recommend NYLaser Clinic in Bishopsgate. I have had 2 different areas treated and I could not be happier with the results, thinking about a third area for next year. The laser is virtually pain free and the clinicians have been amazing about explaining how it is all going to work, how long it will take and what the sensation of the laser will be. I did have a very itchy rash the second treatment where my skin was all red however with their help I was able to get back to normal within a day and have so far not had any more concerns. I have recommended them to all my friends and they are going to sign up too.

The clinic itself is pristeenly clean and the therapists are excellent. The treatment is carried out professionally and is very quick, albeit a little bit painful! The laser has a built in ice capability to pain is minimal. All in all, I would highly recommend the NYLC.

"My skin was getting progressively worse - very blemished, bumpy and clogged! I was desperate as I had already tried some treatments but with very little improvement. Shiv at the clinic recommended a few sessions of the green peel as well as dermapen.
