I went for a head neck and shoulders massage which they could only offer for 30 minutes. Very little neck and shoulders were done and the pressure alternated between very hard to light touch despite saying something. I’d say this was pretty average and I wouldn’t go back again for a massage. I had gone previously for an eyebrow wax which was brilliant and will go back for that.

Excellent salon both Hampstead Heath and Hampstead. I had eyebrow and eyelash tinting which were of excellent service and quality. The team are always so friendly and the salons are immaculate and very relaxing. Would highly recommend.

I had an eye lash perm with lovely Saima today. I can honestly say my natural lashes have never looked so long! Still surprised this evening when looking at myself in the mirror. I will definitely be going back for this service on a regular basis.

There really isn’t anywhere that gives you the same, consistent and outstanding look appointment after appointment. Personally, I use a lady called Joanna who is phenomenal at making sure you are looking and feeling 10/10.

The Pharm is an excellent salon, the staff are very professional and they offer a good range of treatments. I have been a customer for many years. I had a lovely back scrub today and look forward to my facial with Caci next week.

Always get exceptional service and care. I have been to many salons all over London, from high end central London places to small quaint salons. But I keep coming back here because of how welcoming the staff are, and I always get the best of treatments.

This was my first visit to the pharma and I was not disappointed, I had a pedicure which was reasonably priced and thoroughly carried out, I felt she took her time, and checked in with me in various stages about my preferences on shape etc. I could not choose between two colours so she kindly put one on each toe so I could compare and choose to be sure. I also really appreciated that I was taken into a room with my therapist (rarely a case in manicures and pedicures) and so had privacy and could not see the street so was more able to relax. The music playlist was fantastic, nice calm old school music that again added to the overall relaxation of the treatment, beautiful calf and foot massage thrown in there as well. I would suspect other types of treatment offered here are just as professionally, carefully, and patiently carried out and do encourage people to book in and give the services a try.
