(This is edited feedback) After having shared some of my negative comments and raising issues with the booking of Hair Laser Removal treatment, I have received an instant response and all my issues were actioned and resolved immediately by the Clinic Manager. I was contacted by Alicia, who was very understanding of the situation. Alicia and her colleague Emilia did their absolute best to reassure me and to address all my concerns - they made sure I was looked after from that point on and they arranged all my sessions in advance, which is greatly appreciated as I often travel for work Nationally, so it makes it all very convenient. In addition, Alicia proposed a kind gesture of goodwill in the form of adding some extra sessions on top of my package. This was unexpected but very well received and, undoubtably, set a good tone for my future visits to the clinic. I very much look forward to be treated in the Private Clinic of Harley Street as I am sure I will be looked after. I appreciate the prompt response and all the help I have received from the team! Dr. Hanson corrected some under-eye tear trough fillers that another clinic had bodged, with accuracy and precision, and stupendous results. I'm so happy. He also did Thermage for neck and decolletage, also with great care and patience. I'm going to use Dr. Hanson for all aspects of non surgical facial aesthetics as he has a professional eye and a remarkable skill.

Could of done better this time round had my appointment time changed last minute, got sent the medical form just a few days before when had booked months in advance. My consultant seemed unaware why I had cancelled and had to rearrange the appointment. But most of all I felt that I should of been given a medical gown for modesty purposes when you are just standing there in your knickers! when you are paying £150 for a few minutes of the consultants time I would expect this as standard.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful. I have had no issues with any of them. From reception staff to admin (in particular Lucy Bennett who is wonderful) to the doctors, all have been lovely. Unfortunately, I have rated them three stars due to the constant changes made to my surgery and appointments. I was very excited to undergo a preservation septorhinoplasty here. However, my surgery and appointments have been cancelled or rescheduled multiple times because the doctor has a very busy schedule. I do not think this is fair as I was made to feel excited for something only for it to be cancelled. As a teacher, I have a busy schedule so can only do certain times. I have previously asked for time off from work oy for the surgery to be cancelled again. Regardless of this, I'd recommend them simply because of the friendliness and how welcome they make you feel.

I had a breast augmentation done by Dr Navid Jalali in May 2021. I couldn't be happier with the results. To have a natural look was really important to me and Dr Jalali really listened to what i wanted and gave advice. I had 420CC implants, so they have made a big difference, but they look incredibly natural, all of my friends have been amazed by how good my results are (and also very happy for me, it has also given them the confidence to make enquiries with the private clinic to make some changes they have wanted for some time, but been too worried/not known where to go). The private clinic really look after their patients, every communication i have had with them from small queries to follow up after surgery has been faultless. I really couldn't be happier with my whole experience, i would never go anywhere else and I have recommended the private clinic to several of my friends who have also used them and had a faultless experience too. Review from my husband Seb Thomas.... I had a two day FUE hair transplant with Dr Reddy at The Private Clinic of Harley Street last week. I’m very impressed with Dr Reddy’s Team who were very professional and have 10 years experience together. I chose Dr Reddy because of him and his Team. I can’t thank Dr Reddy, Shiva and Umar enough for what they have done for me and my confidence. I can now see why they are the best at what they do. I had been searching for a clinic for many many years and after so much research and consultations with other clinics I knew as soon as I met Dr Reddy I knew he was the surgeon for me. It has been one week since the start of my procedure and results are phenomenal. Finally I’d like to thank the Clinic Manager, Alicia who was also extremely helpful in organising consultations and direct with calls with Dr Reddy’s Team for advice and encouragement. Having had several IPL treatments with Maria at the Private Clinic, I can honestly say that I am totally thrilled with the results. Being in my early 50s I suddenly developed red blotches on my cheeks and nose (rosacea) and the treatment has really evened out my skin tone and given me back my confidence. Maria is very professional and super lovely despite all my questions. I felt very at ease and relaxed at all stages. I would thoroughly recommend Maria, the IPL treatment and the Clinic in general, as you are welcomed and well cared for the minute you walk through the door.

A great company! 5* When investigating FUE I found it a real minefield. Eventually I enquired with 'The Private Clinic of Harley Street'. The reason a chose the company was for many reasons, including, 1. They have been established for over 30 years 2. They have a clinic in my home town, Northampton 3. The company's head office was on the reassuring prestigious Harley Street 4. The reviews on various forums were excellent. In light of the covid pandemic, the team were accommodating; they put my concerns to rest at every stage and were highly professional. Following an introduction to the consultant plastic surgeon Mr Michael Mouzakis, is was clear he suited me very well. Firstly I reviewed Michael's credentials online, including his private website, LinkedIn and 'The Private Clinics' website, which gave me the confidence to book a private consultation. During this initial meeting, I quickly realised Michael was the professional for me. I found him extremely knowledgeable, honest and not afraid to give me the advice I needed, not always agreeing; he guided me through the process, and his passion for achieving the best results was very clear! After this meeting, within the hour, I was emailed a precise itemised quotation outlining the advice and proposed treatment which I later confirmed and booked. On the big day, I was treated exceptionally well by all the team and made to feel very welcome indeed. The procedure as very fast, very professional, with excellent communication throughout the day. Following the procedure, I was given a goodie bag with clear instructions, medicine and all the bits I needed for the recovery week. Three weeks later, I have hair growing where there was once none and nearly fully recovered. Looking forward to seeing the results later this year as the hair grows.... Excellent job!

Beyond excellent service! I had an FUE hair transplant booked in with Dr Reddy at the Harley Street Practice last year in 2020. Unfortunately due to the circumstances of businesses having to close in the UK following government restrictions, my surgery was cancelled numerous times throughout the year and this was beyond the control of The Private Clinic. I then spoke with Alicia the Deputy Practice Manager early in January 2021 and she fitted me in finally for the surgery in February. Dr Reddy did an incredible job and he painstakingly inserted each hair graft to give a terrific result. This is no rush job type surgery, he takes his time and comes with a terrific sense of humour to keep you at ease. I would most definitely recommend The Private Clinic for FUE hair transplant surgery with Dr Raghu Reddy and his dedicated team of professionals that work alongside him. I would also highly recommend this practice for the first rate customer service that I have received from Alicia the Deputy Practice Manager. Her patience, updated communication and her amazing resilience to solve any problems or doubts the customer has, speaks volumes for the quality of service this clinic provides to people. I came to the Private Clinic for Lipo Vaser treatment with Dr Wolf in December. I was very happy with the clinic and with Dr Wolf. The clinic itself is a really welcoming place and the staff are very pleasant and courteous. Dr Wolf is a specialist in this treatment and it was apparent he has a huge amount of experience. I had my abdomen, chest and flanks done and Im extremely happy with the results. The pre op care, the operation at the Private Clinic's hospital, and post op care were very good, all my worries and questions were taken care of. Im now six weeks on and 95% healed and the results are extremely good. I would happily return to the Private Clinic and I can highly recommend Dr Wolf for this procedure.

I had treatment for fillers with one of the practitioners on the same day as my very informative and extensive consultation. I was pleasantly surprised by how professional and explanatory my practitioner was. It was my first time exploring fillers to the cheek area and I was initially worried I may not get the look I was after but once I had spoken to the experienced member of staff I felt assured that I would get the subtle and natural look I wanted. The results showed straight away and the treatment was relatively painless and I am SO pleased with the outcome. Also, I must say something about the other staff in the clinic - from reception to the skin department staff - all were so lovely, welcoming and knowledgeable. I went to visit nurse Marie to have a visible blue vein under my eye removed with laser. I felt really worried as it was such a sensitive and visible area. The results were fantastic and the vein was immediately gone, with minor discomfort in a matter of seconds. Nurse Marie was extremely reassuring and I would recommend her highly.

Honestly where do I start! I had my surgery just over a year ago now and my god how it’s flown by. From day one I felt so at ease as I went into this super nervous. In August I had a rhinoplasty at The Private Clinic with Mr Dario Rochira. He was amazing, along with the hospital team at Fitzroy Square. I cannot fault him enough, I am so pleased with my results and would highly recommend him as a surgeon. My surgery day was fantastic as I mentioned the whole team at the hospital were superb! However, my experience with Harley street was not so good. Firstly, after being awake from my surgery for not even 2 hours I was told I was needed to be back the day after for my packs removed. This would not have been a problem if the private clinic hadnt already booked my pack removal appointment with me that was three days post surgery. They had told me it must be three days after. As i live 2 hours away this was very stressful and upsetting with me as i had already booked transportation and accommodation for the friday which i could then not get a refund for. As well as having to pay for even more transport to come back the next day. The nurses were very apologetic and explained there was nothing they could do as the problem was with the team on Harley Street. Secondly, I had numerous emails with different post operative appointment times that were all different. I had to contact them many times to get the right dates and times. If i didnt double check (which i shouldnt have to do) i would have turned up at the wrong time on the wrong day. Especially the week after surgery it was a very stressful time. I felt like there was a real lack of organisation. Finally, i feel like the service i had with the nurse on the day of the removal of my stitches wasnt the best. I saw the same lady the week before and she had told me to book an appointment with her for the stitches to be removes the following week, which i did. On the day of this, once she had called me down, she left me laying on the surgical bed for at least 15 minutes whilst she was not there. She didnt know what she was doing with me and had to call Mr Rochira several times over my visits. All i was there for was for my stitches to be removed which should have been noted prior! It was a lot of wasted time and no organisation and i had no faith that she knew what she was doing. Overall, I am incredibly happy with my results and i wouldnt change a thing. But for the money i have paid i do believe that there should be better service from 98 Harley Street.

I came here pretty hopeless after trying countless treatments for my persistent acne, I had the N-Lite laser with Samantha. I honestly am beyond happy with my results my face is smooth for the first time in years (minus the occasional breakouts which are inevitable). Samantha put me at ease from the start very friendly and was completely honest with me from the get go. The only thing I worry about now is my scaring but unfortunately I can’t come here for scar treatment until I’m 18 but as soon as I am I will definitely be back!

Amazing from start to finish. I had been considering a breast reduction for some time. I am 5ft3 and my breast size was 34G. I suffered from back pain and felt large in all of my clothes. I am now a 34D and feel better than I've felt in a very long time. The staff at the clinic were amazing and made me feel very relaxed. The procedure was in a very calm environment and I felt at ease. The after care was great, the nursers were on call if needed. After the operation I was surprised by the lack of pain, it was more of a discomfort than pain. It is now 6 months since my operation and all I can say is if you are considering a breast reduction and you really need it then go for it. I wish I had done it years ago.

I went in for laser treatment as I had a green vein under my left eye. I initially made an online inquiry with the clinic and was called back one day later. The receptionists are very polite and have excellent telephone manner. One thing that did annoy me slightly was the website did not mention a consultation fee of £100. First visit to the clinic was a positive experience as I was welcomed at the front desk and later called upon to meet Dr. Gupta who would be performing the treatment. Dr. Gupta clearly explained what the procedure would involve and how long it will take and what to expect after the treatment had finished. After that I made the appointment to have the treatment a couple of days later. The treatment itself was very quick, took all of 1 minute for the vein under my left eye to disappear. It really is an unbelievably effective treatment one I wish I had done years ago. The laser can cause pain when being used on your skin but nothing to be concerned about. After the treatment was completed there was swelling and a lot of redness. I did have to take 4 days off work even though the treatment says no downtime, but no real big deal. Finally I want to thank Dr. Gupta and his assistant Kasia who was kind enough to give her contact details if I had any further queries.

Had treatment here in November 2018. Amazing staff especially the Nurse Kaci who gave me her direct phone number for peace of mind! She also gave me extra surgical garments and dressings as I have an active job. Hospital food was, well, hospital food but certainly better than most, and my tastebuds were certainly dulled by anaesthetic. Dr. Miles Berry was very helpful and I appreciated his direct and no-nonsense attitude. He isn't boastful or egocentric; just a fantastic surgeon that let's his results speak for themselves. He put my mind at ease when I worried about my healing, and his work is truly a beautiful thing. Overall, a positive, wonderful experience. There really is no other place. At the Private Clinic, it's about the complete experience from start to finish. I had a lipo surgery treatment done - and I am over the moon with it. I visited the clinic due to a large blue vein which ran all the way under my right eye. Having this vein lowered my confidence a lot and I always felt the need to cover it with heavy makeup. I came to the clinic thinking I was only going to have this one vein removed as it was the largest one (I had a few blue/purple veins under both eyes) however the lady who removed my vain called Marie Narsoomamode did all the small ones in both eyes also. I am so thankful of this treatment and of Marie, I can finally feel confident without makeup, the veins have completely gone, and won’t come back. I had a 6 week check up and Marie went over my eyes again with the laser and even did a few small red veins around my nose for no extra cost. I am over the moon with the service Marie gave me she was so caring and is amazing at her job, I felt like I was in the best hands possible! Thank you once again to the team at private clinic and to Marie for changing my life I can’t thank you enough.

I hadn’t had any treatments before and was immediately put at ease by Dr. Hanson who gave me clearly understandable options and undertook the treatments with infinite care and gentleness. I’m very pleased with the results as everyone I know has commented on how fresh and rested I look and can’t tell that I’ve had injectables to soften lines and lift the area around my eyes and jowls. The difference is impressive but very natural due to the careful judgement and skill of Dr. Hanson and the changes have improved over time. Excellent results with the laser hair removal particularly on dark skin. I did not experience any hyper pigmentation or skin break outs. Minimal hair growth after the treatment (only downy hair). Technicians take great care and ensure that the settings on the laser are appropriate and not causing any discomfort. Clean and tidy enviroment.

I researched and chose Mr Adrian Richards for both my procedures, breast augmentation and Tummy tuck (abdominoplasty). After a great consultation at the Northampton Clinic with Mr Richards and surgical nurse Aggie I knew this was the team for me. Reassuring, details of both procedures explained well and any questions answered in full. I have had no need to get in touch (although I know I could if needed) since my last after care appointment as my results are looking better all the time. My only critic was the anaesthetist on the day of surgery (at the London clinic theatre) was very heavy handed in his application of iv cannulation and administering medication. As an overnight patient my food options weren’t there although booked. That being said my overall experience was with Mr Richards, Aggie and the Northampton clinic and they do fantastic work. BA under Mr Fallahdar I had my Breast Augmentation surgery just over 10 days ago. I know is still quite early on after the op but I really wanted to expressed how happy I am with the care I received. The initial consultation and the one before the op was not rushed, he took time explaining everything, but most importantly gave advised based on his experience. I rang around 9am on Wednesday morning (30th May 18) for an appointment and was dealt with an extremely helpful lady who made an appointment for me for the very same day. I have had two small-scale FUE procedures - the 1st, 2 years ago (300 grafts), the 2nd, this February (600 grafts), both under the care of the excellent Dr. Raghu Reddy. From the very first consultation, Dr. Reddy inspired complete confidence. He took the time necessary to fully assess my particular pattern and extent of hair loss, and to explain the best procedure option. In this, one of his many crucial skills was to intelligently and honestly manage expectations: in my case a subtle, small-scale procedure initially, with the possibility of a second, once the first had taken full effect, was definitely the way to go. My liaising with The Private Clinic in these early stages, through their Patient Coordinator David, was always attentive, friendly and respectful. On the day of the 1st procedure I was straight away put at my ease, and whilst the setting was, as expected, of reassuringly high professional, medical standards, the several hours passed in a pleasantly warm and congenial atmosphere. I was kept fully informed of progress throughout, and credited with intelligence enough to understand in detail the ins and out of the extraordinarily clever and transformative FUE procedure, as it unfolded. I left the clinic with everything I needed post-procedure (detailed instructions, medication etc.) for the weeks and months ahead, as well as with excited anticipation, and satisfaction that I’d taken positive action over my hair loss. Dr. Reddy had said the final effect of the redistributed hair would be so natural and subtle that I myself would not be able to distinguish between it and the rest. I had wondered whether this was an exaggeration: but a year on (after the normal initial shedding of the transplanted hair called ‘shock loss,’ followed by the gradual reappearance of the new hair) the results were incredible; totally natural looking, and rejuvenating my facial appearance to a degree both unexpected and completely pleasing/satisfying. As I said, I had a following FUE procedure earlier this year, of double the number of grafts to the first. The aim (again discussed and agreed in realistic, informative detail in advance) being to reestablish a natural, lower hairline, to better ‘frame the face,’ as Raghu phrased it. The experience was every bit as pleasant and professional as the first. I’m now, some months on, at the exciting stage of seeing, week-to-week, the newly placed hairs come through, and my facial appearance improving and rejuvenating consistently with time. I have been thrilled and delighted with what Dr. Reddy and The Private Clinic have been able to do for me, and the whole friendly, stress-free experience. Wow!! Where do i start?
