There were some bad reviews so I was a bit worried. The staff was nice. The shop was clean. As I read in another comment, it is very annoying give a lot of personal information for a tan package. It was not possible read about policy privacy … Anyway, I’ll recommend it.

Well what can I say about my experience at the shop today, it was an amazing experience!! Upon my arrival I was greeting with a warm welcome by a friendly member of staff. Who was really helpful and made me feel appreciated. I have nothing but kind words to say as I have not experienced a higher level of customer service at any other tanning shop. AMAZING!!! And a special shout out to Luisa, who made my day special and treated me so well. She is a credit to the business. I would highly recommend this shop and I cannot wait to return. . Thank you :)

1) Good sunbed, I always use standing one, never got burned and have decent tan. 2) Always clean and fresh. Hand sanitiser and napkins available. 3) Friendly team, very polite and helpful. I have a long Russian surname, which is difficult to pronounce and guy at reception have learned it, which is really impressive and have made my day! 😁

This tanning shop definitely deserves 5 stars, if I could give it 6 because of staff attentiveness, I would. I’ve been here enough times to see that this is consistent service from them and I LOVE IT! Highly recommend!!

Great tanning beds which far exceed other tanning shops I have used over the years. The tubes are changed regularly to ensure their strength and to ultimately deliver results! Staff are charming and always give me advice on how long I should tan for, especially if I'm looking paler than normal. The cubicles have always been clean and there is a good range of lotions available to use when you tan. I would definitely buy a package deal as it's by far the most cost-effective way to go if you are a regular "sun-bedder".

Great staff and choice of beds/courses. The friendly girls will always advise on how many minutes you should use based on the time since your last visit, the newness of the tubes, as well as how busy the beds have been that particular day. As a result I have never burned as I have in previous establishments. Can get very hot and busy at peak times but that is unavoidable, especially in the summer months.

Friendly and knowledgable staff. Love their refreshing tissues free to use I go for the stand up bed sun twice @ Clapham. The first experience was awful as the sun bed was dirty, dusty and full of hairs I think it was No8, but I gave this place a chance and the second visit asked for a different sun bed - nice & clean ( No9). The hygienis very important in this kind of places so in my opinion the staff should treat it seriously and ensure the sun bed is clean before let a client to use it. Also lack of good air-con is a big minus especially during the hot days.

Great customer service and clean beds and comfortable atmosphere. Always greeted with a smile and never have to wait long for a session. Usually Louisa and Amina on reception who always happy to help and have great customer service skills. Definitely recommend Clapham tanning shop.

Really friendly and welcoming staff! Always smiling, updating on offerers and give good advice! Cabins and shop overall is always very clean! Open from early morning to late evening, which is lush for the relaxing session after long day! x

Decent amount of cabins, never waited for the bed even on a busy day. Very friendly staff. Biggest bonus - opening hours - open till 9pm, 1-2hrs longer than other tanning shops I know.

Staff are lovely, place is clean but it's really busy so wait time is often long. However, you CAN book in advance BUT I was 3 minutes late today and they then cancelled my booking and I had to go to the back of the queue so 25 minutes later I finally got to go in. So just a heads up, if you book, still be early!

Great place to go for a quick top-up on your tan! The staff are really friendly and helpful and the facilities are pretty good with a selection of stand-up tanners and beds, however it can get extremely hot as the air ventilation is quite poor It’s best to go in the morning to avoid the busy after work rush (during the cooler/darker months) however it’s never too much of a wait for a bed.

was literally about to find another tanning shop but stayed entirely because of rebecca. She’s one of the only women there that isn’t afraid of work but also actually gets joy out of making sure we’re happy. If there’s a wait on the mega sun she always tries to find an alternative or always works as hard as she can to fit me in as soon as she can. countless times i’ve been in and they’ve just said ‘sorry, busy’ and i’ve had to turn around and suggest the use of another type of bed. not only is rebecca attentive, shes actually a proper laugh and always makes me smile, which i never kind of expected at a sunbed shop. Shes a star and completely the only reason me and my partner have stayed and bought another package !

my local tanning venue, always very clean, good vibe and music, the staff is super friendly always looking good and they always remember you! when the sun is not out in London that is the best place to go to get your vitamin d boost!

The staff here are brilliant and friendly but the facilities not so much so... I lived in Milton Keynes and the sunbeds in that Tanning Shop branch were top of the range with varying levels of sunlight intensity (med, Carribbean) - the sunbeds here are quite old models that aren't as good and you need more minutes to develop something, can't work out why they can't invest in new ones? Air con isn't good in the summer so gets very very hot. Waits of 15/20 mins at peak times. Other than that I like this place. Good location. Parking available at nearby Sainsbury's.

this was my first ever spray tan and the staff , in particular, Emila ( sorry if I have your name spelt wrong), was so lovely and helpful. They talk you through everything and are so so friendly. Will 100% be coming back and on Mondays, Tuesdays and Sundays the tans are £10. I so recommend this tanning shop! -olivia randall
