L. C. (.2 woman that run this place are beyond amazing !!! Head office on the other hand - disgusting RUDE and just plan disrespectful. Never have I experienced such awful customer service from a company ! It is literally only because of these 2 woman I still use this shop ! And I’ve noticed they only reply to the “good” reviews on here also so if you have any kind of problem DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO HELP YOU AT ALL ! SOPHIE from head office clearly has no customer service skills - she didn’t resolve anything and unfortunately disregard he staff via my emails and they screamed BULLY ! I’m now expecting a lovely reply from head office …..
B. K.I have been going here for 4 years, starting out with the spray tan and working my way through the sunbeds to a decent amount of time.
Always get a lovely service and I always seem to time it right as I never have to wait. Very clean and now has a toilet.
C. T.Kerryanne the manager is really lovely and helpful. The sunbeds are out of this world and after only 2 8 min sessions I've gone quite dark. The fans in the beds are amazing and keep you nice and cool. Best tanning shop about by far
