This place is the closes one to my work, so therefore I opted in for it. I know the staff has to offer their tanning solution to customers and to get them sold, however, I don't often feel comfortable being convinced, and then I reject the offer to buy. I am a loyal customer, and I don't need to be remembered but I'd prefer a large banner on the top shelf - with the offer - or window offer...instead of personal selling.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. I have walked in many times (8-10 visits total) and also booked online and not had any trouble. You can buy tanning cream and leave on a shelf for storage, I use mine very slowly and it never seems to go down, although there is potential for another customer to take it in between sessions. There is a selection of beds and stand up. I like room 2 best :) The lady at the front desk is absolutely lovely.

Best shop I seen, clean and very good customer service. The girl from reception, brunette long hair, was amazing, she explain everything step by step and answered to all my questions. She made my day with her smile. You should have a girl like her in all the stores. I ll definitely go back everytime I can. 85 Mortimer street is the best store!

Great experience during my first viit here, not sure how there are negative reviews. This salon has clearly been refurbished to a high standard, extremely clean with modern equipment. Very professional, friendly and helpful lady on the front desk (Blonde lady). Fab!

A shame to see the bad reviews. This is my local salon which I’ve been going to for around 9 months now. The two ladies I’ve met on the desk so far have always been friendly and accommodating. It gets very busy at lunchtime during the week and the app is rubbish, as is the response or lack thereof from The Tanning Shop when you have any issues (which this salon agrees with - but bear in mind it’s a franchise). If you book in advance on the website you’ll be fine. In my experience they will still squeeze you in if they can though, even without a booking. The standing bed downstairs is a bit ropey - dark and cramped - hence the one star off. I prefer a lie down though and all three of these rooms are spacious and clean. They’ll remain my local as long as I work in the area.

Don’t understand the bad ratings, have they changed management? I’ve walked in twice, not had to wait and the sunbeds are powerful and fully working (no broken face lamps for example), also clean and staff are pleasant.

Very nice staff! Always very professional and give best customer service. Would recommend to try Sun Angel you can see results straight away - it is worth the money. Also they always have great offers for package deals! Would definitely recommend!
