I was very wary when I learned (upon arrival) that Coco uses hard wax. I've never had a good experience with hard wax before! But she was patient and understanding and the experience was amazing. The wax itself was great - less painful than others, no breakouts, super smooth results. I will be back!

Coco is amazing and makes you instantly feel welcome when you enter her space. The space is very clean and comfortable and the quality is fantastic so much so I am hooked on my regular visits ! I cannot recommend the wax expert enough, the quality is on another level and Coco makes the experience so warm and happy. Go you wont regret it!

Hands down the best wax in London. I've been going to Coco for 7 years and was lucky enough to find her on treatwell years ago. I rarely go by reviews but had just relocated to the area and came across a couple of good reviews on treatwell. After my first wax it was apparent why she didn't have loads of reviews- because she had a strong client base of regulars- who would only ever go to her! I rarely write reviews but in these challenging times I want to ensure Coco is ready to bounce back when her salon re-opens as I honestly am not sure what I would do without her. She is super clean, professional and always on time. She is by far the most thorough and least painful waxing expert I've met. I moved to Australia for two years and everytime I came back to visit I would go to her as even Australia didn't match up. She uses lycon hot wax and does a stellar job everytime.
