Not only they are professional but also Valeria is such an inspiration.The new clinic is absolutely stunning and very clean. The white clinic is one of the best clinic I’ve been lately. I can describe myself as a loyal customer. The staff is very professional and friendly, the environment is very clean and welcoming. My last treatments were Microblading and lash lifting made by Rossella, I’m very very happy about it! Some beauty professionals try to make you feel insecure about certain parts of your body just so you spend more money on unnecessary procedures/treatments - that will not happen at The White Clinic. I think there are no words to describe the fantastic job Valeria did with my eyebrows. I really love this clinic! The place is very clean and the staff is very kind. Valeria did my eyebrows and she really know what she is doing. I did the microblading training course as well with her..I just want to say THANK YOU! I recommend it!

I was model for threads (fox eyes) which it was in fact a brow lift as they only used 1 thread per brow. The practitioner was doing a good job, she was nice and competent! The issue here is that the woman that runs the courses was hurrying the woman up because there was another model, and in result my left eyebrow was deep penetrated, I had a bruise, and I was bleeding and it was painful while doing it. It is still sore, This never happened with my right brow (when the student was taking her time) in fact was pain free and zero bruises. You can not hurry up your students, You are treating people’s face. The procedure lasted around 20 min. The girls in general were nice, but this is something that should never happen again, for the sake of your models or your students.

I cannot recommend this clinic enough. From the very first moment I started seeing their works on social media I knew this was the place to go and trust. My first appointment was with Valeria for the superbrows; I was welcomed in the clinic by Valentina, great smile and super professional. My appointment with Valeria was amazing! she took time to explain me what she was doing, how was she picking the pigments, how she was deciding the shape and so on. She picked up that my skin is very dry and suggested me the best way to handle my post-treatment care for which I was provided instructions, balm and all the necessaire. I felt home, looked after and cared for. By the time I left the clinic I was so in love with them that I started looking into other services just to have the chance to go back to the clinic. To me, having a place where you can disconnect from the world, have a nice and genuine chat and receive upper scale customer service is as important as the service provided. This place truly ticks all the boxes! The result is outstanding, Valeria checked in with me couple of times to ensure everything was going well which was such a nice thing to do. I suprisingly saw the first result after the first session (but this depends on your skin and can vary form an individual to another).The laser technician is super professional and take care of customers.
