S. A.I have known Billy since 2007, once I did waxing with her I never went to anyone else. It’s a lovely environment in the salon , very clean everywhere and friendly faces, I really like the wax they use -it is mild yet very effective and Billy is the quickest I must say. She has a wealth of expertise in skin and her facials her hugely popular .I appreciate all her advice and love her professionalism yet how she provides care on personal level, I can’t imagine going anywhere else now.

D. W.I booked an appointment with Billie at Timeless this week for a back massage and CaCi facial. The salon and treatment had come highly recommend from a friend but as man in is 40’s I was initially a bit nervous about visiting the salon as I haven’t had a facial or any kind of beauty treatments before. As soon as I arrived Billie put me at ease with her friendly and welcoming manner. After meeting Billie and filling out my consultation form I was then taken to the treatment room. The room was spotlessly clean and the atmosphere was lovely and calm. I had the massage before my facial and this really relaxed me, I hold a lot of tension in my back and I work out at the gym a lot so the massage was definitely needed. After my massage it was time for the facial and Billie was excellent at talking me through the procedure. Each step of the CaCi was explained and I found it just as relaxing as the massage. The care and attention Billie payed to making sure I was comfortable whilst having the procedure really put me at ease. There are a few different stages of the CaCi facial and I didn’t realise having this treatment would be so beneficial to my skin. One thing I’ve really noticed is that I have a tendency to hold a lot of tension in my jaw which has got worse as I have got older, part of the treatment is an inner mouth massage which relaxes your jaw muscles so you don’t feel so tense or grind your teeth. The results of the CaCi facial and massage were almost immediate and over the last couple of days my skin has really felt a lot more refreshed and my jawline feels firmer but more relaxed . I would definitely recommend Billie at Timeless for the massage and the CaCi facial if you want to maintain a healthy, younger looking skin. I also think it’s important to mention that the atmosphere at the salon is so relaxing. I will definitely be back to book another treatment at Timeless and highly recommend Billie and her team.

I had the deep tissue massage and although it was intense, my back was left feeling brand new again!
Other treatments I had: Caci, Environ facial cleanse, Algi mask and more.
The staff are so friendly, making you feel right at home. I will be returning as I haven’t had treatment or an experience like this before.
