I have been going to Totally Tips and Toes for years and have never had a bad experience. The staff are always smiling, kind and do an excellent job with my nails. I especially like how much detail they go into to make sure all my nails look the same. Fully recommend.

The pricing is very confusing. It has happened in the last recent visits (details as belows). So make sure to confirm the price before you enjoy the services, and I am a bit concerned when they use the driller to take off the gel which sometimes can be painful to the nails. Otherwise the service quality is very good in term of detailed care. *Quality wise: Very carefully handled by nail technicians in here. They care about the details and their massage techniques for hands and feet are amazing. I once was unhappy about the attitude of one technician in handling my cuticle (I asked her to pick some more dead skin and she responded: no more skin to pick, go wash your hands. I ordered gel based and normal colour on top and she lied to me saying that you can't apply colour after applying cuticle oil - which can be done by cleaning the nails with alcohol). I raised the dispute and they solved it immediately with a professional manner the next day. *Price wise: Last time I ordered a clear gel and normal colour on top (I have nail biting habit but I don't want to apply thick gel layers on my nails to protect it). I have had the same service in there for the past 5-6 times and was charged £30. However last time, one staff charged me £5 extra on top and when I asked for a reason, there was no valid answer was given. I will be more happy to pay if they let me know before they do the service. The time before that, one staff told me you never paid in full and asked me to pay more for the service. I was quite surprised because I always paid in full. So I asked why and she told me forget about it and it left a very unpleasant residual feeling of being treated unprofessionally. In my picture is my gel manicure that was finished with a matte top. Very careful and detailed cuticle care, would be happier if they are professional about their pricing.

Very friendly and clean salon. I got a gel mani/pedi, my nail technician was efficient and paid a lot of attention to detail. Will definitely be back! Note that they only accept cash payment.

Absolutely recommend this salon! Please don't make the mistake I did by booking the other place with the same name! Thankfully, when I turned up (despite making that very mistake) they still took me in, even though they looked very busy at the time. My hands a feet feel and look amazing, the girl did a fabulous job at making them summer ready! Apologies & thank you again for fitting me in! x

I have been going to this place for a year now. If I had to leave one comment, it would be not to get charged full price for a Shellac if I had my polish removed prior to going but other than, always really nice service, always happy to help. I had a gift for Christmas, loyalty card is always handy to keep and the massage chair for pedicures is great! Standard pricing and exceptional choice of colors. I wish the beauty procedures were part of the whole offering instead of offered to me as a separate business. For example when I ask for a service, I always get given a number to call and arrange rather than have an appointment booked on the spot. This is just a minor inconvenience and doesn't overshadow my overall opinion of the place.

I have been here after seeing the manicure of my flatmate, it was very accurate and precise. I am a beautician and I am very very meticulous, if a work is not made well I’m not coming back and I already been there three times! I’m already thinking which color do next... :)

Had my hands and feet done here and they were fantastic. Massage chairs are amazing! Staff are friendly and polite always making conversation. The shop itself it lovely, airy, bright and clean. I do really enjoy coming here :)

My nails nearly always looked dreadful as I am a gardener & I tend not to wear gloves. But since I've been coming here the last 2 years my nails always look good & I've had plenty of compliments on them. I get gel nails with shellac & it always lasts without chipping until they need infills. Toni & his staff are lovely, friendly & very good at their job. I wouldn't get my nails done anywhere else.
