i had the best experience at unique masters hair and beauty. i had the best full body message. i would highly recommend this place for beauty treatments. the customer service was amazing. they managed to fit me in for eyebrows, full body waxing, message and wash blowdry. at a very short time.

Second time going for a facial and she was amazing - she asked what I wanted to get out of it and I mentioned I wanted it to be relaxing, and she was really thoughtful by giving me the option to have my facial in peace then go over the products she used afterwards. My face feels amazing and she helped me with some other skin questions I had - will definitely be going back.

I had my third facial treatment done by Zoe. This time around I decided to leave a feedback. Zoe is very professional and understands her job. The treatment I received from her was so effective that I have gone back three times. The salon is very clean and they follow government guidelines on covid-19. The staff are very friendly and most especially I will definitely recommend this salon to family and friends. Thank you Zoe.

You'd think that members of staff performing treatments which involve having to lean/breathe over someone's face for a substantial amount of time would wear a mask. It seemed counterintuitive to have screens up at the till and handwashing on arrival when the staff are not reducing the risks involved in the most high-risk environment there can be: a poorly ventilated, small, enclosed space with near face-to-face contact. Staff were friendly and all the hair was removed but she did not remove the wax from my face properly, so I left with bits stuck to my face which were very difficult to remove. Also, I was quoted £18 in my confirmation e-mail but because she did not remove all the hair with the wax and decided to go over my face again with threading, she charged me £28. Everywhere else I've been, they'd have done that for free, or just added £2-3 to the bill, in the interests of repeat custom. In the interests of fairness, I've awarded them 3* because all the hair was removed, the staff were friendly and there was at least some attention paid to hygiene in the salon, but nowhere near enough for my liking.

Zoe is an experienced hairdresser who has given her the opportunity to fully explain how to manage frizzy hair. Lift my hair and the salon price is very reasonable. I will definitely go to this salon for my next hairstyle. Excellent will be back.
