Excellent experience!! As an Asian, actually I didn’t expect too much before my appointment in VA salon for hair cutting, I normally go to Korean/Japanese hair salons in Central London. However, Oksana did surprise me!!! She understood my expectations very well after I showed her the pictures, even better than those Asian salons. I definitely will come back and thanks that I don’t need to go to Central London just for haircuts next time!

Excellent service from start to finish. The front office ladies were very welcoming. Elena and Oksana did fantastic manicure and pedicure. The salon is very clean, the equipment is sterilised, the ambience is relaxing. My suggestion is to offer tea or coffee to your clients. Overall it was a great experience.

It was great experience. The lady was very accurate and caring. I would suggest she makes it very clear at every stage what is she doing and what to expect, that way clients with no previous experience could feel a little more comfortable. But indeed it was a very nice experience. My eyelashes look great.

2 years with no hairdresser, and my hair grown out from a bob to something strange from my head. All my attempt to book, was either canceled due to corona, doubled book by the other salon, or simply just plain rude. So what treat to find VA Salon. Billie my hairdresser were an absolutely delight, time flew, and I left with healthy bouncy hair. I instantly booked 2 more apointments and will use VA for all hair and nails related treatment. It was an utter pleasure to be back at VA Salon and in the excellent hands of Billie. Billie is highly professional and skilled. She really cares about the customer to make sure everything she is doing you are comfortable with. My hair was an overgrown straggly mess on arrival and I left with luscious shiny locks - a huge thank you from me. VA Salon has taken every precaution for Covid-19 and you feel entirely safe. And of course, the wonderful welcome and hospitality from Natalie is second to none. Thank you VA Salon, I look forward to returning for my next cut.

I absolutely loved this salon. It was my first time here - I was booked in for a face massage and the gel nail manicure. All the staff have been extremely friendly and welcoming, the salon also has excellent COVID -19 measures, everything is steral and they offer masks, sanitiser, wipes, water , etc. My face massage with Jelena was absolutely great, she knew the exact points to press and it felt really great and relaxing. The manicure with Krasi was also great - she was very professional and through, yet quick.

I had a haircut here recently - the salon is lovely, clean, the ladies are super nice! Pleasure to be around there. SADLY, I would not recommend to any curly haired girls... it is very difficult to find a salon that knows how to deal with curly hair and this was another failed attempt to try to find one.... I have a 2B/3B type of curl, with some straight strands (quite a challenging mixture) and asked for a dry haircut - this is how you're supposed to cut curls because if you cut it wet you have no idea what shape they will go back to. The lady told me she can't do dry haircut because " I have wavy hair" so she has to straighten/make it wet to cut it (this is like the WORST idea when cutting curls, goes against every curly-haired styling advice - shows a bit of lack of knowledge on this hair type. They just CANNOT be cut the way straight hair is ). In the end I had a wet hair cut, resulting in a "triangle" shape, which was then dried like a straight hair (no diffuser, fingers running through hair - another big NO NO - resulting in big fluffy mass) ended up with a poodle-like look. If you have straight, normal hair - go for it. The salon is lovely and I would definitely recommend - the ladies are great! But if you're curly - same story as in most other places.

I've had my haircut by Rima a few times before. Today, I went in for a drastic change from a medium to a short stylised cut. It was complexe and it's never easy to make such a big change but she definitely nailed it! I took a picture in and she stayed very closed to that picture and same style but, adapted it to my hair and head shape. Love the result! It's nice to finally find a place where I have constantly good results. Thanks team!

Convenient location. Easy to get to. Short walk from DLR. My usual beautician was away so I tried VA Salon. Lady who did my nails, very professional. Lovely job on mani & pedi 💖. A little disappointed that a couple of finger nails are peeling within a week 😏. I gave 4 ⭐️ as this has never happened to me before - nails usually last ages without chipping and/or peeling. However, I will visit VA Salon again as they offer numerous treatments. Salon is clean and staff friendly.

My favorite spot for mani/pedi and absolutely the best nail technician I ever had in UK or otherwise. Elena Palcevska. From the first treatment I had over two years ago I remain faithful to Elena's quality work and she remains the absolute top nail technician. Her attention to detail meticulous work to perfect french is exquisite. She loves what she does and she does it superbly. As a Eastern European myself I pay attention to details and a work well done and she does just that. Cannot reccomend her enough Spasiva Elena xxx

Well, what can I say?! Pete saved the day! I’ve had over dyed black & brown hair over a course of many10 + years and Pete’s honesty about the process of ombré/balayage and my hair was second to none. He’s got a natural flair for working to your expectorations along with a humble honesty of what to expect, if you have over processed hair like mine. He’s very talented, positive and a relaxed creative individual which makes you feel and trust you’re in safe hands! Everyone else on board is lovely and the whole experience you feel is like being at home with a relaxed feel. I’ve just started my balayage process and really look forward to working with Pete in highlighting more of my beach sun kissed hair. Perfect start to a perfect place close to home to a perfect new look. Thank you!
