I had a great first experience during my wax at Vega Clinic. Guluzar, the aesthetician who did my wax, was kind and professional. I was a little nervous about the pain, but Guluzar helped me feel at ease and her hot wax technique was done in such a way that the experience was quick, efficient, and had less overall pain than other waxes I’ve had. Another thing is that overall the aestheticians I met at the clinic were welcoming and friendly. I think when going for beauty services it’s important to have a good experience as a customer, especially when you’re going there for the first time or you’re getting a new treatment for the first time. I’ve had unpleasant experiences at waxing locations in London so it’s nice to have a place I feel confident returning to!

I have just had my 3/8 full body laser treatment and I am already delighted with the results. Guluzar is very efficent with her work and always makes you feel very comfortable. The Soprano Ice laser machine really is the best, no pain too I would definitely recommend. Thank you Vega Clinic.

I have been coming to see Guluzar since 2019 and she is honestly the best at waxing that I’ve ever come across and I have tried a few places over London and Coventry. She is highly experienced and has amazing technique so the waxing is almost painless. The clinic is clean and you can tell is very well managed. I would 1000% recommend for all her services.

I started going to Vega about fours years ago. Ingrown hairs plagued my life. I had tried Laser Hair Removal before in Canary Wharf, not the most friendliest of clinics. I decided to try Vega Clinic and I've never looked back. Michelle was fantastic, she was friendly and professional. She made me feel at ease and I never felt she rushed my sessions. Most recently I had a full body massage by Rosie. Best massage I have ever had. Her hands are so soft. She found all the tension in my body and worked them out. They offer a wide range of treatments and beauty beauty advice. The clinic is always spotless. It's like having Harley Street in Catford.

One word to describe this place - Amazing ! I have gone to Vega for about a year. Their service, treatments and advice is invaluable. Melissa does electrolysis for me and I couldn't thank her more. She has helped me feel so much better. They are so well priced. I have enquired about other treatments and if Melissa has thought they are not suitable she has been very honest about that.... which proves how they put service and what's right before money. It will be difficult to find a place as good as this !

Besides the fact that the doorbell was not working and I had to wait for 15 minutes was all amazing. This days with all that is going one in the world we need to stay as close of normal things we like to do as possible. The lady that she did my waxing couldn’t be more careful and more nice, she sanitise everything twice and she was really careful on every move. The waxing was done in a professional way like I was the most important client. The prices are really affordable comparing to others salons and the quality of service really high.Happy I found this spot fairly close to home, I’ll definitely be back and recommend it to all my friends. I went to this clinic today for a Hollywood wax (with hot wax) and it was done AMAZINGLY by a lady named Rosie. She is the best of the best, I would highly recommend her to anyone. You will leave completely clean with not a hair in sight. She is very gentle, kind and tries to make the experience as painless as possible. A lovely lady. The clinic is so nice and clean as well.

I've been to quite a few other clinics for laser hair removal with various different machines but Vega's soprano ice machine has been the most effective by far! The pain is tolerable and I had great results from the first session, in which my hair takes longer to reappear and seems thinner. I definitely recommend their laser hair removal services and the therapists are lovely :)

I would really recommend this salon! I've been here a few times now and I'm very happy with the waxing - the Lady who does it is so sweet and very experienced, it literally takes her only 10 minutes to do a Hollywood wax! Couple of weeks ago I visited Vega beauty&laser clinic for the first time. Both ladies were very nice, friendly and professional. The young lady at the reception provided me with a very efficient information about Dermapen treatment, she informed me that anesthetic cream will cost me £10, so there was no hidden costs. The lady who did the treatment was also very professional and she did damn good job on my face" 3 days after the treatment I could see big difference! so I've booked another treatment for next week already :)

I had the soprano ice laser hair removal on my cheeks, shoulders and back. On my back and shoulders the hairs pretty much stopped growing back by the 3rd session, couldn't be more pleased. The team are all very professional and welcoming. I wanted to have some other areas treated as well but upon assessing my hairs they determined that the other areas were not well suited for laser hair removal. For this reason they advised me not to go ahead with having those areas done as it would be a waste of my money and time if I were to try it. I really appreciated their honesty as they could have just taken my money and went ahead with it. Highly recommend.

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have used the soprano laser therapy services with consultant Melissa. I’ve had laser in nearly every clinic in London! I have not found a clinic as clean, professional, welcoming or as hard working and detail orientated as VEGA. After just the first session, my hair was almost gone! The laser machine is top notch. And the laser consultant really takes the time to make sure you haven’t got missed patches. I’ve literally recommended all my friends and everyone has had the same experience. Thanks to VEGA for literally changing my life. For the girls out there suffering with excess hair, I cannot recommend the laser at VEGA enough!

I booked into the clinic for laser treatment on my face. I have had treatment at two other clinics and the treatments were not as effective as I would have liked. I have a hormonal condition therefore I know laser doesn't get rid of the hair completley as I was advised previously. However, I am very impressed by my laser treatment at Vega. After 2 treatments I noticed a siginificant reduction in my hair growth and in growing hairs. I went for my 3rd treatment and was told I didn't have enough hair for a treatment which was very honest of them. I had my 3rd treatment 2 weeks after that and this is the best laser treatment I have had and am very pleased with the results. Previous lasers have burnt my skin and made my skin hot and very sensitive. I have had no side effects with this laser and my skin is the best it has been in years. The clinic is very clean and the staff are friendly, professional and informative. I would highly recommend the clinic it is the best I have used by far. Thank you Vega 😊

I'd highly recommend the soprano ice laser hair removal services at VEGA Clinic. I've already recommended friends and family and they are all pleased with their results. I've completed a full body package and couldn't be more pleased with the results and the comfort of the treatments. They tailored every single treatment making the experience completely pain free! although some slight pinching did occur when areas of thick dense hairs were being treated. I'd been burnt in other clinics before that were using the older shot systems of laser hair removal that had left me with scars so I stopped going for those sessions. The soprano ice cleared those old burn scars! The main therapist has over 20 years of experience in her field so I had no doubt in her experience and services. They also have a Doctor on site who specialises in aesthetic treatments and performs Botox and fillers x
