I came here for the first time today and had such a positive experience. I was really happy with all of the treatments I had and was totally put at ease for my first spray tan! Thank-you so much, I will definitely be coming back.

The staff are very lovely. However after having a luxury pedicure I found the gel polish application to be below an acceptable standad. It hasnt been 24 hours and it looks as if I had it done a couple of weeks ago. I didn't notice while inside that the polish had been applied with gaps.

I've been going to Venus for over 8 years and always return to it. The best waxing- always end up with lovely eyebrows and great for body hair removal. Also quick so you don't have to endure as much pain - option for hot wax (a bit extra money but less painful so worth it!). Very professional and nice staff, good prices and clean environment especially in alignment with new Covid-19 restrictions.

They do brilliant quality gel pedicures that have never chipped in my experience. Extremely friendly staff who give a professional service. It's a small local place in Brockley that doesn't look much from the outside but has a lot of repeat satisfied customers. I love having a pedicure here and Sally always does a great job. Haven't had acrylics as the lady who does those is not there on Tuesdays.

I have had my nails done twice and now and both time it has been fantastic. Lovely atmosphere and lovely technicians. I had Sally first and Rachelle the second time, both were lovely and the nails lasted really well. Great selection of colours and just great ! Most definitely will now become a regular. Been here a good few times now and I appreciate it's rough and ready. You get what you pay for. However, a little more care and time with waxing wouldn't go a miss. My skin is so sensitive now. She got it all, great but left a bit of wax on skin accidentally and no conversation at all. Felt like I was interrupting the person getting their nails done and their conversation. Didn't really feel comfortable. Such a shame as it's so affordable and never felt like that there before.

I had my gel/Acrylics removed and redone. The service was fantastic, the ladies were very friendly, and most importantly their practice/techniques are not damaging to your nails meaning no electric file used on my natural nail. I will definitely recommend this place to others.
