As you enter the Verity Smith shop you are welcomed with a smile and a customary conversation by the staff. Appointments are honoured to the date and time you would like and not dictated. If there are issues with your appointment such as delays or having to cancel then Verity notify you in advance. The shop is clean. The shop is big. As you walk through the shop you discover another floor with a relaxing calm. I usually come for an eyebrow wax tidy up. Being a guy I did at first feel awkward walking in to an establishment mainly catered for women. The staff and the lady who did my first appointment made me feel comfortable and ar ease. She knew right away what needed to be done to my manly bushy eyebrows! The result said it all. Quality work and value for money. This is why I'm a regular here. During times of Covid, they have been ever so professional in doing the work in a safeguarded environment. Masks on and sanitising areas where required.

Love Verity Smith! Salon is sparkling clean and the girls are lovely. Salon location is great - right next door to South Ken tube. Nails, laser, waxing and any service you need - she has!

I come to this salon regularly to have my manicure and gel polish as its such a lovely environment and all of the ladies are so friendly and professional. Today I had some extra pampering.. a bespoke facial with Verity which was amazing.. and an ultra relaxing pedicure. I now feel so relaxed, my skin is glowing and my nails are winning :)

I recently visitited the verity Smith for a manicure and pedicure with the very lovely Alona. The salon is immaculate, bright and has a lovely vibe. I was offered a glass of Prosecco by verity ( she’s a hoot) which I gladly received and relaxed in the comfy chair. During my visit all of the staff were friendly and chatty , even the other clients were lovely . I was super happy with my nails, Alona attention to detail was amazing. I went on holiday for two weeks, my nails looked as good as new when I came home ! Definitely my new fave salon. Can’t wait to return .

Amazing service. Super happy with the treatments I had, I had a brightening oxygen facial, I loved the products that were used in the facial which are the Skinceuticals products they sell in the salon. I purchased the Blemish and Age defence serum and one of their eye creams. I also had a gel mani/pedi - they were very attentive. I asked them for a coffee and they ordered me one from the famous french cake store that neighbours the store in a cute cup and had it brought in to the salon by the staff. Extra mile kinda stuff! Super super.

I booked in for a facial yesterday, and saw Verity. She immediately advised me that the facial I had selected online probably wasn't the right one for my skin...instead she spent the next hour putting together a custom facial for me. I go fairly regularly to other beauty salons in Chelsea/South Ken, and was really pleased I tried this one instead. It was hands-down the best facial treatment I've ever gotten, and my skin was glowing afterwards. Already booked in for my next one. Thank you Verity! Highly recommend.

This salon is a gem in the heart of South Kensington where everyone should go to pumper them self. It been already a year as a regular client and I never had an issue! Staff is really competente and all the girls are very kind and nice too. High recommended!!

Took my girlfriend here as a treat, she loves it!! She now goes at least 3 times a month for waxing, nails, tanning, eyelashes and some other stuff men don't know about. Staff were very friendly and knowledgable when I went along. Highly Recommend.
