P. G.I had a wonderful experience at Claudia! Very welcoming, friendly staff at Viauty. I was immediately offered a drink and my coat was taken from me. I showed the lady a picture and she matched the colour that wanted very quickly. She applied it to my hair and then another lady took over the treatment. The colour was lovely, and exactly how I wanted it (I had been a tentative, as this was my first time dying my hair, so I think she was being careful). She was incredibly happy to add more dye to make it lighter and closer to the picture, which was very refreshing. Claudia made me feel like it was no trouble at all, despite already having dried my hair. I love the hair cut and the balayage looks great, it was exactly what I wanted. I would 100% recommend!
L. S.I have debated getting extensions for a long time since my own lashes are quite nice, and I was scared to ruin them. After researching all the salons in the area, I booked an appointment at a place near Viauty, and ended up being late so they couldn't fit me in. I walked over to Viauty and they took me right away without an appointment.
They set me up with Kristina, and I can for sure say I don't regret it the least bit! She answered a million of my questions, and did everything exactly how I wanted. Iasked her to allign the lashes with mine as much as she could to make it look natural, and she got it just right. She also recommended the length and thickness, and I will do the same again because it looks just they way I wanted.
I was even a little skeptical about the place, because the price seemed to be too good to be true, but I can definitely say I've received a top notch service. After having them for three weeks, the lashes still looked amazing! I just got a refill because I have an event this week end, and I am extremely happy. Overall I had an amazing experience and will be coming back for refills. Great service, high quality materials, very friendly and helpful staff!

A. S.I’ve been doing basically all my beauty procedures at Viauty since September and I am so happy to have discovered them! If you are looking for a place to get flawless lash extensions, manicure, hair cut and blowout - look no further! The girls do an amazing job at everything. Kristina does my eyelashes and her work is inredible. For the first time since I ever got extensions and feel that my natural lashes actually got stronger and are at their full length.
She also suggested a different shape from what I used to get from the previous salon and it suits me just perfectly.
After all, I am extremely satisfied with Viauty’s services and would definitely recommend the salon to anyone who is looking for a place with great quality service at a very fair price!

I’m so so happy, my hair is curly and I have a strangely shaped head so it’s not an easy task to give me hair that looks flattering. Diana nailed it. I’ve also done the microneedling and IPL for my face and am super happy with Vera too. It’s a quiet salon that offers very reasonably priced treatments and it is clean and they are friendly. Very happy to have found them!

I went there for the first time on Tuesday and the owner did the most amazing facial on me, went again on Friday for a hair colour and Diana just worked her magic on my very pathetic hair (I had bleached it myself at least 4 times and thought that it was the end of it). Friendly staff with huge competence, nice salon and decent pricing. You won't regret it!!!

K. M.So far the best experience I had. In the salon you can do all treatments and no bother to run around between the places. I came for waxing but also had my hair nails and eyelash extensions done. I was surprised to find out that they also provide esthetiscs like Botox and non surgical face lift and other slimming programmes. The stuff and management are lovely and service is up to the highest standards. Will definitely be back.

L.Is been more than one year now that I do regularly my eylashes and I wouldn’t change this place, The salon is beautiful, warm and clean Kristina is very professional, eylashes last more than 5-6 weeks they look beautiful and natural and the must important think the eylashes hasn’t got damages as I said I’m doing them regularly more than one year.
I would definitely say the best place in London for eylashes.

I found this new salon on Treatwell after reading the positive reviews. Vera is the most pleasant and offers clients only the best. The products are top of the line, service is of the upmost quality, and clinic is clean and organised.
I disagree with the negative comments...Viauty Beauty makes you feel at home and part of their family. I highly recommend a visit to this establishment.
