Had my done my nails here twice now. Absolutely loved the results both times. Manager is very kind and checks on all clients, which shows he really values excellent service. Will definitely be coming back in future!

Got my nails done few days ago, was welcomed by a manager and his friendly service is the reason why I would give 5 stars. This was my first time getting my nails done. I was watching and he made sure EVERY customer was happy and also explained the process each time when he or someone else was doing something. He was very straight forward would say the steps and how much it costs - like a little quick consultation before getting nails done which is very good!!! I showed him a design of what I wanted from my phone and he asked very politely if he can touch my phone rather than just grabbing it which is great and I appreciate that. I appreciate the service. Only issue is... I wish hygiene here is abit better. After 2 days of getting my nails done the white tips colour has faded unfortunately. I made sure to look after them so they do not get ruined. I had a male do my nails and I was glad I did as I find that males just get on with it. However, my friend got her nails done by a female and found the female to be rude. When she wanted her nails shorter or something done, the lady seemed to complain and say she knows what shes doing and for my friend to be patient... unfortunately 2 of her nails were smudged and she pointed it out but the female technician seemed horrible about it. She seemed to be speaking In her language to the other nail technician which wasn't nice... but either than that the service from the males, I cannot fault at all.

The best nail shop I've been to for years, they always help with your designs and they are very welcoming, friendly and overall they do not rush. I've never had a problem.

Visited 2 weeks ago and I had pedicure from a really cheerful and friendly lady which still looks wonderful and went back again the next day because I impressed the pedi. I got nail from a gentleman however they became bad condition so quickly. Walk in system is good tho.

The owner is wonderful boss lady and so sweet and lovely along with her wee staff members apart from one staff member we know who that isn't working as team member and chases away customers when it's not thier place todo cause its loses business and money.

It would of been 5* if it wasn't for the rough handling, nail bed bled. Very neat though and got the desired shape that I wanted. Very hesitant to go back as out of my area.

I’ve been here twice and gone to both branches and always been pleased with the service, My pink and white ombré nails are gorgeous and we’re reasonably priced. I went to get an infill yesterday and to jazz up my nails for my birthday and to get a pedicure. The pedicure was soo relaxing and I feel the technicians went out of their way with my birthday nails. Even though it was especially busy during Christmas time, they didn’t rush and still made sure I was happy and my nails were perfectly filed. Overall great nails, great price and great customer service. The staff are very kind and offer tea.

I have been looking for a decent nail salon for a long time. I'm particularly fussy so I was very pleased to find this gem today! My nails look lovely, the staff are welcoming and accommodating offering tea etc, they have a wide range of colours and it is very reasonably priced. My new nail spot :) Thank you!

Perfect and Amazing service! Had nails done before a Wedding for the bride and all her bridesmaids, they loved it, absolute perfection! The manager's a great guy also, very friendly and welcoming. He has some funny jokes too haha :)

I have been coming for 3 years , the shellac has made my nails grow to the point I no longer need false ones , they can just put the acrylic on my natural nails :) Thankyou for such great service , I love it ! really good eyebrows waxing, just don't understand how the lady can do it in the room where she has no proper light. that's why she probably missed some hair. but it's a good service for very good price and friendly staff is there. treatment wasn't even painful and everything was good.
