M.This was my second visit to VIP rooms. It was wonderful to be greeted at the door by Gayle and André. VIP rooms is a very friendly place where staff strive to give you a top experience. I had a back treatment with Monica which was fantastic and included a tension relieving massage. Extra points for the heated massage bed! Top salon will definitely be back :) Nina
C. M.I bought my niece a facial before the pandemic and we have finally been able to use our voucher. The team were absolutely brilliant and made the whole experience really special for her. She's 15 and has never had anything like this before. Gayle was so lovely, as was Andre. We are hugely grateful that they worked with us in terms of being able to rebook.

I sent an email (at 9pm) about an appointment and Gail answered straight away helping me out with my enquiry and booking me in for the day after. Super welcoming and friendly approach, I had the best facial ever with Monika, who in an absolute gem. She is very knowledgeable, genuinely caring and very professional. She also listened to my skin concerns and advised suitable products. The salon was spotless and organised! They also kept the salon open for30 minutes after the closing time to finish my treatment. Absolutely superb!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% recommended

K.I’ve been a regular client at VIP Rooms for over 10 years having regular facials, as well as various other treatments. I have monthly Environ facials, which are tailored to your specific and changing needs - they are excellent value for money and the results and overall experience beats anywhere else that I have tried over the years. I recently also had a deep tissue massage from therapist Laura which was brilliant. Overall, VIP Rooms provides reliably excellent service and treatments and I always highly recommend.
P. J.Had a fantastic back massage with Michelle who helped me immensely. Before I saw her, I could hardly walk. Michelle is another wonderful addition to the team. She carefully listens to what you are saying and carries out treatments to a high professional level. She is also great to talk to and is really interesting. D.I have been getting pretty dodgy mass-booked walk-in pedicures just a couple of doors down for a couple of years, and I honestly never knew before today that pedicures could actually be a pleasure and not a chore that I had to endure! Cat was lovely and the experience was just wonderful and relaxing. And everything was super safe and clean too. All protocols were followed for our safety, using products to be certain everything wiped down with great care - she even gave me my nile file and buffer to take home as they can't be reused! This was the very best of the best. Don't hesitate!

K. S.One of the best massages I have ever had and really fantastic eyebrow threading too! The cleaning regime post Covid lockdown is top notch. As soon as you walk in there is somewhere for you to disinfect your hands, masks are provided but of course you can bring you own, surfaces are sterilised regularly and staff wear all the necessary PPE. So minimum risk and an absolutely fantastic experience (whatever you choose to indulge in)!!

It’s so close to Brixton, flexible with last minute appointments and accommodating if you need to change a date/time. They have also considered how they now operate and I felt really safe and protected when I visited after the lockdown rules were lifted. Cat is amazing! Gail is so welcoming! Tasha is lovely and the only person in London who can cut my hair properly and the main man of course is always a delight.

E. P.Spent a few hours here today, enjoyed the facial, back facial, massage and wax.
However I ended up spending £100 on skin care products I really didn't want.. I didn't feel comfortable turning them down.
They were already lined up on the till when I got there and I wasn't told how much any of them cost.
It was explained in detail what they did and why they would be good for me but spending £100 on skin care when I had already spent £200 on a treat day was completely out of my price range.
I'd much rather have had samples so I could see if it was actually beneficial for me, before spending so much. But the therapist disappeared downstairs before I could ask questions and it just felt like it was expected of me to buy the products. Obviously I can't return them.
The treatments were lovely, but I left feeling awkward and then really miffed I spent almost 2 weeks worth of rent when it was just supposed to be an afternoon of treatments.

The service is second to none, with friendly yet professional staff, in clean, hygienic rooms. I usually have a wax with Cat, yet after an extremely busy week and for the first time, I had a wax with Jordan (as recommended by one on my daughters.) I have to say, I have never experienced such a relaxing wax. The experience was absolutely amazing. I was so relaxed, that I almost fell asleep and the procedure was painless. Apart from being hairless, I can’t wait until my next visit!

K.This is the best salon I have ever been too the service was excellent .Andre and his magic hands made my fro very healthy and got me feeling beautiful with my silk press couldn’t have asked for better . Cat the waxing expert is what I call her because she is absolutely the absolute best my waxing experiences are always perfect she is fast, the pain is soothing (quite surprisingly) and everything always goes well . Waxing can be very intimate and personal but at vip room they make you feel like your getting waxed by your sister/friend so you feel at home and very free with the person . All the staff are 10/10 they welcome you with a cup of tea and a croissant or biscuits and some chit chat :) . I will always remain a loyal customer you can do no wrong when you step inside here.

P. b.Absolutely fantastic service, went in for an upper leg wax which was done by Cat and I have to say she made the experience very pleasant due to how professional, easy going and friendly she was. I was so fearful of waxing (only done once professionally about 5 years ago and the 2nd time I self waxed which was super painful and it wasn’t done probably) because of the pain but because she was super nice and engaged me in conversations it didn’t hurt that much. Thank you so much! Will definitely continue to wax here and highly recommend!!

I get a wax and a facial religiously every 4 weeks and have been doing so with them for a while now even when I moved I still stalked them to their new premises as their service and skill is paramount.
