Charissa is a friendly and thoughtful therapist. She listens to my concerns and tailors the facial to my needs. Ive been seeing Charissa since 2014 and my skin has improved so much. Her attention to detail is impeccable, her knowledge is in-depth and she is never pushy when it comes to selling products. She is the best Aesthetician I have had and I look forward to my appointments with her.

Best facial I have ever had by Metaxia. It is called Hifu and the results are unbelievable. She is so experienced and has an amazing knowledge on what she does, that’s why I always keep on coming back. She makes me feel so comfortable and shares with me information on the treatment that I just can’t even compare it to any other place! I suffer from sagging skin due to loss of weight and the results I have seen are amazing. She also recommended me some amazing products that they have in store and I am so satisfied with them. Only a great service makes you feel so happy and grateful. After a very (very) bad experience in another beauty clinic, I gave a try to Waterlily, and I couldn't be happier. Professionalism, cleanliness, kindness and perfectionism. The woman is so kind and warm, and she is very concerned about the hygiene (much more than any other clinic I've been), and perfectionism when waxing, which is very important. I've been to thousands of beauty clinics, in Spain and England, and this one has impressed me. Also, great value of money, I paid just £22 for full legs, £2 more than the terrible I went before. This is my beauty clinic!

Ok, So I've recently finished my 10 sessions (with 5 week gaps inbetween) having Caci facial with double jowl lifting. Oh my word.. what a difference this has made on my face! I'm 32 and from an asian background, I began to feel my face muscles losening as i was getting older and this treatment has my face looking so tight and well shaped! I also recommend the Environ AVST moiturising cream which i use day and night, its amazing.. you will notice the difference on your face. I defo recommend if you have some money to spend.. please note you will need to carry on having these sessions once a month to continue the effect..so if u can commit, do it.. the staff are friendly and lovely too

Booked through Treatwell for a eye brow shape. The guy at reception was aloof. The eye brow shape was great, no issues. Any card payment under £10 is charged £1 which is pretty steep! So just be aware of that. It visited when it was 30 degrees and it was hotter inside then out so they need to sort the air conditioning out.
