Very charming spot for nails - I had excellent service and my nails were perfect after. Never too full in there so it makes for quite a calming, relaxing environment.

I've been using this little salon for years and have always found the staff friendly, helpful and professional. My daughter and pals did a pre-wedding Special Treatment Day there and enjoyed themselves very much. This is my "go-to" salon for manicures, pedicures and the occasional facial or massage. Now that it's newly refurbished, it looks lovely as well!

Have you ever wondered if the money you spent on a facial actually did what they promised. Wonder no more. I had the Karin Herzog anti-aging treatment which was absolute bliss during the facial. All the creams were gently massaged onto my skin, I felt like I was having a therapeutic hour long facial massage, with a hand and arm massage thrown in. I noticed instant results which I was very pleased about. And to my surprise, one week later my skin is still improving. Money well spent, I say.

Tried West One Beauty for the first time recently as my face was feeling tight and dry from the winter cold. Went for the recommended Glyco Rose facial and saw immediate results from a relaxing facial with my skin feeling rehydrated and visibly brighter afterwards. Also had a mani/pedi (not gels) which were done beautifully. Nearly two weeks on, and I've only noticed the first signs of wear on my hands - my manis are usually only good for around a week. Although I didn't have any waxing treatments that day, I overheard another client complimenting her therapist on the way out on a very comfortable experience. Overall, I'm very pleased I found this salon and the therapists are super friendly too!

I must confess – at West One Beauty I had the best facial ever. My skin looked brighter and smoother after the treatment. The waxing was also good. I came here particularly for these two services and I had no complains. I’ll definitely return again.
