After reading the reviews on google I was nervous about using their services, but I was quickly surprised. The ladies were polite and listened to what I asked, the pedi was amazing, I didn’t catch the ladies name but she knew exactly what I needed without me even asking. Prices aren’t to bad, I knew what my pedi and full set and my partners pedi cost and they charged me the exact amount I was expecting. I also took my partner for his first pedi and he was happy too( even know he knows no difference lol) Over all I will be back.

this is my second time coming here, i was advised to choose fullset of SNS instead of shellac because my nails are quite weak. The price I find is quite reasonable and especially the store's staff is very friendly. Im really satisfied with the time spent. I’ll definitely recommend my friends to come here. Xx

I have been coming here for a while now and always leave very happy. 😍 I even bought my son along and I never made to feel uncomfortable. First time going there and it was good. £8 for nail varnish and they tile your nail down and care for them first. really quick and easy. they did get quite a bit of nail varnish on my skin. pieple were very polite but a bit distracted by their phones. overall good experience and would go there again.

I’ve been going there for 2 years. The owners do a great job but sometimes the newbies don’t. They always try to fit you in if you haven’t booked. If I ever smudged or broke a nail a day after got done they fixed for free Occasionally. They’re nice, but some days they’re probably stressed and can rush. Whatever you ask they’ll do. Sometimes you think they’re being rude but it’s just their way to express. The few times I saw them being rude to a customer is because the customer was rude af, wasting the polish and damaging all the time by playing on their phones.

I love going to this shop, they are always so nice, chatty if you want and very polite. I get my eyebrows waxed and they always come out perfect, I've also had shellac with tips that where lovely, shellac on natural nails that where perfect and manicures on natural nails that are always fabulous, with no nail damage. Their prices are reasonable and competitive for the area, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Some people complain about the customer service simply because they don't speak well the language but it is not fair. I have been going to this shop every month for 5 years now and I Always had the best nails ever. It is cheap fast and good quality. No allergies no damaged nails and now they know me well, I can tell they are very nice and hard working people.

I have been here for a year. Every staff is friendly and has great service. I usually have pedicured SNS done. After a 4-month pandemic lockdown, they're doing harder and safer as government guidelines. I am happy with everything. Thanks, Amy and Richel. xxx

Lovely family run business, excellent customer service, always happy to help. I had a refill pink and white tips and got my eyebrows waxed. I also get my pedicure done here..They have a great loyalty scheme where on your six visits you get a percentage off your infill. Would recommend Zen nail and beauty to all. If you want your nails done to a high standard this is the place to go. All prices are listed so you can workout the price before hand. They have four Pedicure chairs and five nail bars. Best nail 💅 shop I have visited in South London. I always book an appointment but I know that they do walk-in appointments as well. And all staff speak English.

Great work..amazing prices..I was absolutely without an appointment but glad they were kind enough to accommodate amidst a busy day even for a very small service. The lady was really nice and kind and the service quality was fast and good too. Really felt touched would pop in more often.

This is a cheap and cheerful, quick turnaround nail salon. I think it does waxing and a couple of other things as well. This is not luxurious spa salon, but if it were it would charge double. If you want to chat you can, to other customers and the family staff, but for the most part you relax, watch theTV on the wall and have your nails done. Lots of repeat customers, I go every couple of months and have done for two years.

I have been going to zen since it first opened, yes sometimes there is a wait but always curtious and accommodating. This morning i got my nails done by the lovely Amy and just after 18:30 tonight i broke mt tumb nail. I fligh out on holiday tomorrow so called the shop to see if there was anything they could do and Amy told me to hurry and she will fix it. I got there at 18:50, now i thought they could stick it back on and just put another coat of paint on, Amy said no, took it off and did it all again so quick and professional. Thank you sooooo much to Amy and the zen team. X
