J.I was a regular here for years then covid hit and they had to close one of the owners phoned me and said that they would contact me when they opened again they never did so I rang them and was made an appt with a junior as my hairdresser Emma was on maternity leave. I was not satisfied with my hair cut most unprofessional so I found somewhere else. As I was a regular think I was entitled to better service
