R. J.I went for my infills for my eyelashes. Such a great friendly experience. Hannah is lovely and so welcoming and the lashes are the most comfortable lashes I have ever had. No watering eyes after or the dreaded stinging. Can’t wait to go back again. Think at one point I might have even nodded off. Thank you Hanna ❤️
K. W.I have been going to Botanical Beauty for over ten years mainly for gel nails.
I booked ahead for my maintenance ahead for six months (much needed as Nikki is so busy, not a surprise as she's genius). I have gone in with horribly broken & missing nails damaged nailbed & nothing has phased her. She is very skilled with the gel to build nails till it grows backs.
With nail bars springing up everywhere people do not appreciate the training & skill required for a proper set of nails & maintenance. I particularly like how Nikki's team are trained, qualified & certificated. Developing from school leavers onwards they have all worked there for a few years as a stable business nurturing new talent.
Botanical Beauty is not like some other salons, the team are very good at what they do. It's more than just gel colour & acrylic nails, while they will manage both, as they can repair too. I'm tough on my nails so have the LED gel and I have long nails and found otherwise they did not last.
The prices for treatment and products are very reasonable. I'm all finished in well under 90 minutes and have always been fitted in around work so a late afternoon appointment always worked well for me.
